I received a copy of this book from the author.

This is the final book in the series and what a series it has been.

It is so well written that I have felt that the characters are either friends or people who I know I would not want to have anything to do with.

The scenery is easily imagined, especially in this last book. The lush grasses and sparkling shimmerflow all sound idyllic.

If you are the kind of reader who prefers to wait for a series to be complete then I heartily recommend this one, you won’t be disappointed.

The Luminar has made a promise: all will leave the mega cities and live outside in 10 years. The pressure for the Lumin to use their unique powers to heal the land is great, but the pressure on the god-man is higher.
A tremendous finale. A god walking the earth and promising a new and better—and equal—existence has one followers and further embittered amazing. Great mix of politics, religion, and a clash of cultures.
Love this series.

What an exceptional ending! I have fallen in love with these characters and their world. Every book in every series I've read by Kennedy leaves me with this unique feeling of satisfaction and yearning at the end. They are seriously So Good that I don't want them to end. Luckily, he writes epic-length books and series. And I will read them all.

I really enjoyed Reign. The blend of science fiction and fantasy made for an epic and immersive read, with high stakes and a world that kept me invested. The action, mythology, and final confrontations came together in a satisfying conclusion. A great finish to a captivating saga.
