4 1/2 star read! Awesome sequel to FINDING JORDIE!

Jordie and Nathan Harper are married, have a son together, are raising Jordie's daughter, Emma together, and after a harrowing experience with Jordie’s ex-husband, and Nathan losing his memory, they are finally together, happy, and starting a new life in a new place.

If only things stayed that simple, that contented, and safe but being married to a sexy movie star comes with its problems and one of them has become a huge pain in the ass for Jordie. An anonymous Internet stalker is determined to upset Jordie, her life with Nathan, and even put her family in danger. Then as if her life isn’t stressed enough, Nathan decides to share his journal from when he lost his memory. He wants her to know what was going through his mind and his heart during that time, but Jordie isn’t too sure she wants to know once she starts reading when she discovers entries mentioning the women in Nathan’s life, especially one who is currently making herself far too available to her husband.

FINDING NATHAN, a Jordan Spagnato novel by H.J. Harley is even more fast-paced, romantic, brimming with affection, tender moments, and definitely sexier than FINDING JORDIE – but then they’re married in this one! The sex is wilder, hotter, and certainly very spontaneous. The journals are interspersed throughout the story and will guarantee to bursts of emotion for both Jordie and Nathan as well as the reader.

If you read FINDING JORDIE then you’re going to thoroughly enjoy revisiting the wonderful characters you came to love in FINDING NATHAN. Frank, Rachel, and Emma are constants that keep Jordie and Nathan on their toes and keep the story real. Jordie is still as rough and tumble as she was when we first met her, motherhood hasn’t softened her attitude or her language but we wouldn't want her any other way. Nathan is still as sexy as before and he makes sure he shows Jordie often just how much he loves and desires her. But all of that aside, there’s the angst that travels through this story that keeps us turning the pages, worrying about Jordie, and whether or not Nathan’s world is going to leak into their happy world causing more harm than good. The suspense is definitely felt throughout the story and in the end, you’re going to be very surprised at the culprit.

H.J. Harley does an excellent job of using redirection to keep us guessing as to who is making life miserable for Jordie and why. Love a good suspense, and this one did it for me.

I highly recommend FINDING NATHAN by H.J. Harley most definitely to anyone who read FINDING JORDIE because this one brings you the answer to every question you had at the end of the first book, and treats you to life after a HEA for Jordie and Nathan. If by chance, you haven’t read FINDING JORDIE, I highly recommend it but honestly, FINDING NATHAN can hold its own as a stand-alone read but frankly, why would you want to miss how they met, fell in love, and came to marry. My suggestion to you is to read them both, and then get ready for the third Jordan Spagnato book that gets a tease at the end of this one. And the fun continues.

***read pre-published copy but am sharing my honest and unscripted review.

Finding Nathan, the second book in The Love Lies Bleeding Series is more like an epilogue to the first one. The story picks up after Jordan and Nathan’s wedding. After they return from their honeymoon, they have to adjust to their new life as a family.

With the birth of little Nathan, their second child, things begin to finally go back to normal. This is when Nathan decides to show Jordie the journal he kept while he struggled with his memory loss.

What Jordan doesn’t expect is her insecurities to emerge more and more with every page she reads but I liked very much her character because she is strong and determined and because she fights for those she loves.

The writing style was good and there’s plenty of humor and funny situations that will keep you entertained throughout the book, besides the other characters who play an important role in the story. However, I didn’t like the fact that the author chose to focus only on the relationship between Jordan and Nathan and not on how they evolve as a family with two kids. I really would have liked to see the parent side of them more often.

All in all, I think those who have enjoyed reading Finding Jordie will love this book, mainly because now they are able to see the story through Nathan’s eyes. I cannot wait to read the next novel in the series!

(I received an ARC of this book) Let me start off my review by saying that I didn't think ANY book would compare to this author's first, Finding Jordie. So, if you haven't read that one, stop what you're doing & go out and get it! I mean it, RIGHT NOW!! I won't give spoilers since it hasn't been released yet, but I will say this... It is every bit as intense, steamy, and gut-wrenching as the first one. I honestly can't decide between the two as to which is my all-time favorite, so they'll have to share the title of my most favorite book. I cannot wait for the next in the series, and anything else this author writes!

This book the second in the Jordan Spagnato series and let me tell you,it just gets better and better! As my fellow reviewer Kristin has already said, Finding Jordie is a MUST read before you start Finding Nathan. You need as much information as possible to appreciate the wonderful story telling this book provides.
This instalment is steamy, witty, funny as hell and takes you on a roller coaster ride of emotions with the characters, you feel like you know them personally which just shows the cleverness of the writing.
I laughed out loud (a lot!)and cried buckets at the emotional moments, without giving anything away, one particular moment in Nathan's journal had me blubbering and I fell in love with him all over again,Jordie is one lucky biotch!
Ive thoroughly enjoyed my journey through this book and dare I say it but I cant wait for the next chapter in this great series. HJ, you rock!!

I will still always love "Finding Jordie" bestest of this whole series, but this is a close 3rd for me ... I loved "Finding Rachel" more than this book, hope it is cool to pick faves in this series. I only found HJ Harley most recently ... loving her books and writing style. I love how you get a bit of romance, a backbone story, it is deep, there are reasons or substance there. Each character is so rich and well thought out. ( ;

H.J. Harley brings the suspense yet again, along with the sweet tender moments that made you fall in love with Jordie and Nathan, some new rather interesting characters, and amps up the sexy times tenfold! Finding Nathan takes us on another journey that hits you right in the heart as we watch Nathan rediscover who he is and expose himself to not only Jordie but us, the readers as well.

Nathan and Jordie are now married, raising Jordie's daughter and the new edition, their son together in a new place. In Finding Nathan, Jordie is at times insecure but it's expectant, which makes every emotion she felt warranted.

Through Nathan's journals we learn what all happened when him and Jordie were apart. It's eye opening, heart felt and even painful at moments. At times throughout the novel I found myself wishing that this story was in Nathan's POV, more so than I did while reading the first novel. But see, H.J. Harley gives her readers exactly what they need! She sells Nathan's feelings through his journal entries. She makes you feel everything this man felt as if he ripped his heart out and gave it to you. So eventually all the wishing turned into wanting to experience more of him rediscovering himself. Which in turn kept me on the edge of my seat waiting to immerse myself in him again.

One thing is for sure and that is, H.J. Harley will leave you wanting more and more!!! All in all, I really enjoyed this book and I am uber excited that the next in the series is Finding Rachel, can't wait to be inside that woman's thoughts!!

I was lucky enough to receive an ARC copy of this book to review.

I read this book in a few hours because I literally couldn't put it down! I was worried about reading it having not read the first yet, but the author gives plenty of information so I didn't feel like I was lost! I'm so excited to read the first now though!

This book has everything I look for, particularly humour! I laughed so hard throughout the majority of the book!
I was so intrigued and enthralled with the story line and characters, they are all absolutely fantastic and all so full of life.

You know you're reading an incredible book when everything seems real, when you can completely lose your sense of reality and believe everything that's being written is happening in your world. When you connect with the characters almost instantly and feel like they're a part of your own life. I definitely had all of this with Finding Nathan, and I'm truly so excited to read more from this exceptionally talented author!

This is the second book in the series. And I truly enjoyed it. Unfortunately, the author didn’t keep with the no sex in this book and I think we could’ve done without it.
Jordie and Nathan thought all of their troubles were behind them in this book. Unfortunately, they thought too soon.
More mystery brings more characters and more life threatening experiences to this pair and their family.
Will Jordie and Nathan ever have that HEA they so desperately seek?
I gave this book 3.5 stars and definitely recommend reading this series!
I cannot wait until the next book….please hurry Harley!!

***ARC*** Enjoyed this second book just as much as the first! Jordie is as witty as ever and Nathan is pure sex. Loved reading Nathan's Journals. They were full of heart break. Once everything clicks towards the end I realized all the clues I should have picked up on through out the story. Great job once again HJ Harley

Finding Nathan was such a good read! You will want to read Finding Jordie first though. If you loved Finding Jordie than you need to read this also! This is a romantic page turner, with lots of emotion, suspense, and it’s steamy too. I can’t wait to see what’s to come in book 3 ;)

Disappointing. After being thrilled by Finding Jordie, I was looking forward to this follow up. It doesn't even seem the same person wrote the two! The self assured Jordie we met in the first book is not the same we see in this one. While the struggle of being married to a celebrity is clear, the Jordie from the same book would not be so incredibly insecure. The title is misleading: it is not about finding Nathan as much as it is about Jordie finding herself yet again. The book just seemed to go nowhere. Then we have Evelyn, who is like Rachel with an attempted Latino twist, Bristol's crazy stunt at the end, constant text messages that lead nowhere, and an ending that leaves you wondering what was the point. I am sad about this book. I guess I expected to have this book make me feel about these characters the way the first one did; I expected to have more of the Nathan that wooed Jordie the first time around. It was very easy to have the kids out of the way for the rest of the book and not develop within the story the struggles parenthood brings, along with the obvious change in Jordie's life of being married to a movie star.... it seemed the entire plot took place during the weekends, when the baby was with the grandparents and Emma was with her aunt. Aside from Nathan changing a few diapers and smiling at his son a couple of times, there is nothing. A lot of I love you's and much more sex than the first book, but all in all a flat-lined plot. :(

This is the second book in the series and you need to read Finding Jordie before this book. Finding Nathan picks up after the first book and I love how we get to find out what happened to Nathan when he was lost in Finding Jordie. Learning what really happened instead of what the news reported is two different things. It makes you fall in love with Nathan even more. In this book life goes on and we see what is going on in their lives now. Being a newlywed and a popular movie star takes its toll on this couple. Jordie is the same Jordie in this book but realizes she needs to let some things go. Do they work everything out? That is what you will have to read and find out. Look forward to the next book in this series.

Finding Nathan.

Finding Nathan is the second book in the "Love Lies Bleeding Series" and I have to say I like it. I liked that it took place a couple of months ahead so the story doesn't drag on but we still were caught up with important scenes. The couple themselves were sometimes sickingly cute. But as they are in their honeymoon phase I will forgive them. There is another book coming out which I think will be interesting to read. And will keep a watch for it.

Jordie and Nathan are living their HEA witht their new baby Nate, Emma and settling into a new place. One thing stands between them, Nathan's months of memory loss. He gives her a journal that he kept during that time and it proves to harder to read then Jordie thought. They make it through the journal, The Cloud and now Rachel is up to the plate with her drama.

Good conclusion

This was a good conclusion, but I was a bit disappointed that the story was not in Nathan's pov.. from the blurb I thought it was going to be him speaking, I think it would have made it more emotional had it have been in his pov. Still a good.conclusion, now I'm excited for Rachel's book..

This was an amazing installment to the series. The way H J Harley wrote this was really good, I wanted to know what was going on with Nathan while he lost his memory and I got it. This was not the traditional just let me tell you Nathan's story, it had a different twist and it intrigued me through the whole book! Another 5 star read!
