I’m not even going to lie… Easter Break by Jaylee Fields caught me completely off guard in the BEST way. Blossom out here working nonstop, carrying all that responsibility, and the moment she decides to take a break for herself? Yeah… things get real interesting real fast. I was not expecting the direction this went at all, especially with her being an actual bunny this time, but I loved how bold and unapologetic her character was about what she wanted.
The whole Lustful Valley setup? Wild. But also… I get it. She deserved to let loose, and the story really leans into that fantasy element without holding back on the vibe. Once everything kicks off, it moves QUICK but still keeps you locked in because the chemistry and tension are there. It’s short, but it definitely makes an impression, and I was sitting there like okay Blossom… I see you living a little.
Overall, this was fun, spicy, and different from what I expected going in. It doesn’t try to be anything other than what it is, and that’s what makes it work. If you’re looking for something quick, bold, and a little out there with a fantasy twist, this one is going to do exactly what it came to do.
I honestly don’t think jaylee could write a book that wasn’t amazing. The set up for the last book is just perfect and how they connect is so creative. I can’t wait to see how they all come together. I love this story. It’s short, spicy, and so sweet. I absolutely adore the characters and wouldn’t be opposed to back story about the men. 😉 I 10/10 recommend this. But definitely read them in order.
Thank you Jaylee for allowing me to arc read this and these are my genuine thoughts 🩷
I thought Santa's Christmas Break was my favorite of the Guardian's Holiday series, until I read Easter Break. I love Blossom and I completely understand the pressures of being the person in charge all the time with no time for yourself. But when she finally gets her break...its worth it. I can't wait for the next installment as we get closer and closer to the big reveal.
This was short and filthy lol. The Easter bunny finished her duties and just wants to kick back and relax for a few days when she discovers a sanctuary worth traveling to get the exact relaxation she is in desperate need of. Her stay was very interesting and her company was even better another creative story full of fun and adult interactions.
It gave 4.5 stars, with a little bit of me wanting to make it 5 star because the Easter bunny is a woman and she has a sexual retreat with partners!! Treat her like a princess and fill her up with your seed. I'm not mad at Blossom. Can I know if the 5th guardian is Sandman though?!
Um well that was interesting that for sure. Short, sweet and to the point. But it leaves you wanting to know more about the characters and what happens next.
