And just in time, because she’s about to be on a movie set with her long-time celebrity crush, Luke Jameson. Enter Jake Lockwood, personal trainer. Jake brings the moves to get her pulse thumping, and in more places than the gym. Who can she choose when she has not one but two dreamy men wanting her? Jake, as predatory as he is kind; or Luke, who knows what he’s doing but treats her differently from his previous conquests? Blurb:
Can Adrianna casually date two men at the same time and not develop feelings for them? It’s easier said than done!

Adrianna Delco is a professional makeup artist who got out of a long-term relationship several months ago. After months of self-pity, she is ready to move on and shed a few pounds before an upcoming job of working on a movie set with her long-time actor crush, Luke Jameson. She hires a personal trainer, Jake Lockwood, and falls hard for his “bad boy” looks while he gets her in shape.

When both men show interest in seeing her, she gets wrapped up in an escapade of the most amazing sex she’s ever had, so the last thing she is going to do is tell them about each other!

At first, she’s fine with each man’s offer of a casual relationship, but when she falls hard for both and circumstances force her to choose one man, how can she decide? On one hand she has Jake, the sexy trainer, who is predator in bed, yet has a kind heart. In the other, she has her crush, Luke, who has all the right moves and his womanizing reputation, but yet treats her like she’s different than all the rest.

No matter what happens, it’s sure to be one sexy ride!

Excellent Book

Couldn't put this book down! I started reading this book while my husband was in surgery and I needed to distract myself. I found myself blushing in the waiting room from the sexy scenes. I ended up reading the whole book in two days!!! I think it's going to be a series can't wait for more. A must read!

This book ... I don’t really know what to say. I am not sure what the author was going for with this story honestly. At times I really believed this book was just a poorly written excuse for some erotica and not much else. Yet, on some level I have to reluctantly admit it still managed to catch my interest somewhat.

I was pretty sure from the beginning that this book wasn’t going to be great. To be brutally frank I was even excepting it to suck. There is a reason why it is free on Amazon after all and I can also see why it is with the writing being what it was. The story was written from the main character Adrianna’s point of view and written in present time giving it sort of a diary feel to it. However I could tell that the diary feel was accidental and that the author didn’t want it to be interpreted that way. It was difficult not to however, since this was kind of what I would have excepted a 15 year old girl to write in her diary, both content-wise (minus the sex) and format-wise.

The writing was very stilted and awkwardly recapped with the sentences starting in the same ways making it repetitive. I noticed a very overused pattern of words such as “glad”, “thankful”, “happy”, and “love” was used to build most sentences (e.g. “I was happy to do this” or “I loved when this”). When it wasn’t an overly positive sentence it was recaps of what she did during the day, what she wore or what they talked about, almost like a checklist and once again what I would expect from a diary. Since the incidents and conversations were summarized instead of shown it took away most of the complexity the story could have offered and made the plot feel empty and rushed.

To my pleasant surprise the story actually did have some redeeming qualities as well. It had some depth and a backstory that I was not at all prepared for. I really liked the past and the complicated situation with Adrianna’s mom. Not only did it give the book depth, it also gave the main character some more emotional complexity. My wish for that depressing backstory was that it would have shaped Adrianna’s character a bit more given how dark it was. It was not used much at all to shape her though. As a matter of fact I found her and most other characters personalities generic at best. Luke and Jake might as well have been one and the same guy because neither really had much of a personality to tell them apart. It was the same with Adrianna. Apart from being way too self absorbed and into her looks there really wasn’t much else to her. Yet I was supposed to believe that she was so amazing that she managed to snatch two guys hearts. All I could see was a cruel woman stringing two guys along because she was too much of a wimp to do right by them and tell them about the other.

As with the story there wasn’t much depth in the relationships so I had difficulties believing they had any sort of bonds more than sexual desire. The very unrealistic ending with two way too unrealistically understanding and forgiving guys proposing a threesome as some demented test to she which one she would choose proves that it was really only about sex and not emotions. Still, I must admit that I am a bit curious of who she will choose. However not curious enough that I would even consider reading book two.

I now understand why this book was free on Amazon....330 pages, with only 20-25 pages worth of dialogue. A main character I didn't care about and absolutely no character development. Subplots that did nothing to add to the storyline. This book was a waste of time.

This book was poorly written, poorly edited, and utterly predictable. To say I would not recommend it is, I feel, a gross understatement.
