A wonderful witty warmly written book. I've been reading Steve Kamb's articles and newsletters for many years now. He has a kind compassionate voice that I love to hear coming out of my inbox. His jokes are awful and match my sense of humour perfectly🤣
When Steve announced this book, I immediately pre-ordered it. From reading his stuff, I knew it worked be worth my money to buy and worth my time to read. Now that I've read it, I can confirm that it was money and time well spent.
Steve doesn't prescribe a formula to guarantee success. Instead he offers a flexible framework built to give resilience to cope with whatever sh*t life throws at you. No guilt tripping. Just compassion. And lots of Lord of the Rings references!

Favourite quote of the book and one that will literally change the way I think about everything and live my life going forward is.. "All or Nothing becomes all THEN nothing".
