Trace has lived with epilepsy his whole life. His seizures are quiet moments that most people in his life have learned to ignore. They aren’t visible and don’t last long, so they’re just something he’s learned to live with.

He keeps his circle of trusted people small and doesn't venture far from home very often. But after a stressful situation in an unfamiliar town, Trace wakes up on the grass with a handsome stranger sitting beside him.

Everett drives a bus for a living and lives a simple life. His social life mostly consists of seeing his regulars on his daily route. But when he comes across a sweet young man who needs someone to look over him, Everett can’t keep walking.

Trace has spent years learning how to exist in a world where he’s fully self-sufficient. But after just a few minutes with Everett, he’s actually able to picture a life with someone he feels safe enough to be vulnerable with.

Hold Me Still is part of the Blue Collar Daddies in the City series about tough and tender Daddies looking for love and the sweet boys who help them find it. This book contains a real medical condition with liberties taken for the sake of storytelling, a sweet Little looking for a Daddy, and the happy ever after neither one of them saw coming.

I'm not a fan of age play but since i'm an absolute slut for caretaking and tenderness I'm always reading them since they're so prevalent in these stories. I loved Trace and Everett (i'm always excited to see MCs with regular jobs) they were so cute together and perfect for eachother. 🥺 There wasn't too much age regression on page (mainly just one chapter with Trace's play date with Connor) but otherwise if felt more like a Little-lite instead of a full Little story, which is perfect for my tastes but I had to stop at 90% since it felt like it was going into a ABDL scene and that's not for me. Otherwise, it was good, they were already settled in their relationship by that point so it was still a satisfying read to me even tho I technically didn't finish it. 😊

I’ve liked every book in this series and I enjoyed this one too. Trace has been living carefully with seizures for his whole life. He has a small support system of friends but he keeps his life small to ensure his safety and to not stress other people out. Everett has accepted his single life as a bus driver and tries to find joy where he can. When he meets Trace one day he is smitten.
As always in this series, this is insta-love and cute as all hell! I loved Trace and Everett’s story and devoured it!!

Trace has kept his world small because of his quiet, easily missed seizures, but everything shifts when Everett — a gentle bus driver — finds him after a stressful episode and stays by his side. In just a few minutes together, Trace feels a rare sense of safety, and for the first time, he can imagine a life where he doesn’t have to face everything alone.

This was such a sweet novella, centred on a sick little who was treated as something precious rather than broken, and a caregiving Daddy who made sure he always felt safe. I loved how Everett’s gentle, attentive care had such a powerful effect on Trace — he never stood a chance of not falling in love with him. The dynamic between them was tender and heart‑warming, and the story itself was the kind that pulls at the heartstrings while still making you smile. A soft, comforting read with a beautiful connection at its centre. This was an MM story with mature content and a BDSM-like DDLB dynamic.

Cute HEA!

This series by Aria Grace gives the perfect quick, short burst of bright, cooingly sweet love those of us who enjoy darker romances often need. The bus driver who protects his passenger while he has seizures and ends up falling for him was just what I needed to pull me out of a reading slump. I still find the daddy/boy dynamic hard to connect to, but the story makes up for that aspect.

Hold Me Still

Everyone should be lucky enough to find their Everett. Trace lived with a lifetime of seizures and stress. When Everett found Trace it changed both their lives. This is such an emotional great read. I really love this series.

So, this is another cute and ridiculous insta-love Daddy-boy story in a series full of them. Sometimes you just need fluff, and this is definitely fluff.
