AHHH!! GUYS GUYS GUYS!! I broke my book buying ban to get this and I don’t regret it at all! So I have NEVER read a romance before prior to this one believe it or not and this being my first romance read? PERFECT. I ate it up! I could not get enough of the characters (specifically Peter 🤭) and the story was written REALLY well! Like at the end I was kinda going crazy and my eyes were wide and stuff and my mom was sitting next to me and she was like girlll r u okay?? 🤣 yeah this book gave me a rollercoaster of emotions and it’s super short and has a large font so yall could probably eat it up just like I did! GO ADD IT TO YOUR TBRS ITS REALLY GOOD! I’d definitely recommend it if you’re in a reading slump because it’s such a short and simple read!

So lemme get this straight…they meet at a LIBRARY…he takes her BOOK SHOPPING….PAYS FOR IT…..AND BUYS HER A KITTEN?! 🐈⬛ where do I sign up?! 🤭 genuinely, WHERE?! Also on top of that, dude is above 6 feet and is muscular and RICH??!! She literally hit the absolute JACKPOT! Every time Peter said literally ANYTHING I was like grinning because…it’s Peter so duh.

What an amazing and impressive debut novel!
Samantha and Peter’s story is perfect for young readers!
From the start, the premise of Samantha seeing germs whilst Peter is terminally ill and needs to avoid germs immediately draws the reader in.
The characters feel authentic and easy to root for, and they’re part of why this story is so good. It’s great to form those connections with the characters, and Lilian did a great job translating that connection from page to reader.
I cannot wait to see what she decides to write next!

The germ ability Samantha has was really cool but I wish that we had seen more of it in the book and more details about it I guess?
But Peter and Samantha were super cute together! I loved their relationship and especially the 6 months later chapter at the end. That was so cute and I love how they both had the same birthday I think the was the perfect thing for the both of them!!

This book was literally so freaking good. I'm not even joking!! First of all, the characters, the music taste, the movie taste and over the writing!! Everything about this book was fantastic! I would read again. I loved annotating this book so much!!💜💜

I actually won this book in a giveaway on YouTube! I found it to be so sweet and beautiful! I loved the characters Samantha and Peter they are easy to relate to and the writing style is also very fun to read! I can't wait to read more from Lilian!
