[Menage Amour ManLove: Erotic Alternative Paranormal Menage a Trois Romance, M/M/M, shape-shifters, vampires, HEA] ** A Siren Erotic Romance
Dale has never had a good life, until he came to the Angel Pack to spy on them for his father and sister. Which made all the things he did to them that much worse for Dale. The guilt was slowly eating him alive. When he has finally has come to a decision to end his life he meets two men who claim to be his mates. But even than things are far from perfect.
Dare… I did not like him for a good part of the book. He was an emotional wasteland. Of course there are reasons, but still until they are revealed he sucked as a mate. He was distant, uncaring, and just a plan asshole to both his mates, but Dale most of all. He was not understanding of Dale’s needs, and he didn’t really care until he almost lost it all and had faced up. Once that happened, he actually became the mate that both Dale and Dante needed.
Dante is the Prince of the vampires. He is also the rock of the relationship between the three of them. He was understanding and caring of Dale. He took the time even with all that was going on to spend time with Dale and show him that he deserved to be happy. When push came to shove, he was willing to send Dare away in order to make Dale’s life easier and happy. Dante was also not afraid to kick ass when needed. But he could also being very kind and loving.
The book did mostly revolve around the mating issues of Dale, Dare, and Dante, but a whole hell of a lot about the ongoing issues with the rogues was revealed. There is some serious bad shit coming from the looks of it and I can’t wait to read more from both this series and the Angel Pack series. Also, the secrets that were revealed kind of surprised me.
This book was fast paced and the hits kept on coming. New characters of paranormals are introduced, and damn the history behind that is sure to be interesting. I am really digging the world Maggie Walsh has created and I can’t wait to see what happens next.
Rating: 3 stars In my re-read of the Angel Pack series I was going to skip this book, but as I was reading book four events happened that I knew came out in this book, so I decided to re-read it. The main problem with this book stems from the fact that Dale is so dislikable in this book. Frankly, I’m not sure I would have forgiven him for his actions. Still, the rest of the book was good and ultimately I’m glad I re-read it.
The three “D”s of this paranormal ménage consist of Dante, Dare, and Dale. These two alpha males and little Dale were seriously hot apart, but even more so together.
I wasn’t sure how Dale could redeem himself, but that was taken care of almost immediately, so we could get right to the good stuff. What I thought would be an issue involving mainly Dale and his past turned out to be more of an issue of Dare and his. Dare’s inner monologue and outward lies and actions were a thousand times worse than Dale’s forced actions. Of course, you need to read the previous books of the Angel Pack series to understand the drama unfolding, and their history, so do yourself a favor by reading in order and realizing that this is an offshoot of that series.
Dante is actually Prince Dante, and only his father is a higher ranking vampire. Dare is also the leader of the species, the Dragon Lord, and Dale is a werewolf. An unlikely troupe of mates, but after many trials and tribulations the ménage works and it works well.
The battle raging from the Angel Pack series continues here but a major villain is finally exposed. I’ve been a fan of Dante from the moment he entered the scene in the original series and was really looking forward to his story. It did not fail, and I am unsure why I waited so long to read it. This first book of the new series is a nice segue into Victor’s story. I have no idea how that will play out as his love interest is bound to another, but I am sure Ms. Walsh will wow me with her storytelling and once again leaving me wanting more.
You should read Angel Pack series. Betrayal, Secrets, Truth, Trust and then this one.To be able to fully understand the characters. Dante is Prince for the vampire and has waited two thousand years for his mates. Dale is a wolf shifter that has been living in fear from Hilary and his father. Dale is tried of the pain and decide to end it all. Dare is a dragon, the son of the last King of dragons. He show no feelings or cares, so many think that he is a bastard for his attitude. Dante meets his mate Dare at Micah home, where they also meet Dale. When Dale wakes up he see 2 gorgeous men staring at him but he is unable to smell them as his mate. Dante know that Dale needs some extra attention. Their mate is not complete. They are only have relationship with Dale, Dante and Dare have stop touching or caring for each other. The three mates are having major problems connecting. Then the Demons are taking prisoner. Dante is tried of Dare and the problems he is causing with the mating, he puts him on the top of the mountain, while he is making his way down Dare starts to see what he has done to his mates.Ryland know who they need to contact to help with the Demons his mate Phenex.. Which causes more issues since Phenex says that Dare took his mate and stole his son.
This book was so awesome. I absolutely loved it.This is another great addition to the series, that is a must read. Can't wait for the next book to see what happens next

Ahh, I am not sure how I felt. But, it was alright I guess. I wanted to like the characters and their relationship but, truthfully, it fell kind of flat. I do like where the story is going so it had that going for it. And the side character from the pervious books is nice as welll. I just wish as a menage (three some) it came full circle in some way. So, that was a hit and miss for me.
Other than that I will give it a 3.69 stars. I will continue to read the stories.
think I would have liked this more if I had read the Angel Pack series. often found I had to re-read a section - to try and figure out who was who. So much going on. All main characters had names that started with a "D". Hard to track. Will go read the Angel pack - might bring up my rating.
This one lost a star because Dare was such a douche for a good portion of the book, and I didn't really enjoy that. This series is really just so good though!
