This thang snatched me up from the first page and didn’t let go! A powerful woman making boss moves, with the name Love was intriguing. Then to learn she was the opposite of her name, getting down with the big boys got me excited. Heading up her father’s organization is what she was bred to do, but there are always the haters! 🙄

Redd, the shadow that never misses, took on the job to off Love Monet. However, when it came time to make moves, something felt off. Trusting his instincts, he didn’t pull the trigger, but all hell still broke loose. Someone else is out to get Love, and he saves her, shocking her and himself. Now what? He has now put a target on his own back.

I loved how this read pulled us in all different directions, as we tried to figure out who was behind this hit. Love and Redd had a love/hate relationship as they worked together, but once they got some act right, they found that they were a good team. Both had a lot in common, as they were pushed into lives that they did not choose. Yet they make the most of it and thrived.

When the truth came to light, I lost my damn breath cause what???? 😮🤯 You that damn power hungry that you would stoop to that grimy level? Ughhhh. 😤🤬 Amazing read!

Mo does it again !!!

Amazing amazing amazing read!! 🤯🔥 I been feigning for this book since Mo posted the first flyer and it did NOT disappoint!! I think this was one of my favorite reads this month because it was so different from anything else I picked up.

Red and Love had this push and pull between them that was sooo good 😮‍💨 and Miles was just as important to the story for me because I lovedddd him too!! 🥹

What really made it stand out was that it wasn’t overly romance focused at first and that honestly made it hit even harder for me. When the romance finally came?? BABYYYY it was SO GOODDDD 😭❤️‍🔥

And the twists and turns CHILEEEEE 😩😩 I was stressed in the best way!!

I loved this damn book!! Gimme 14 more of em RIGHT NOWWWW!! 📚🔥😭

Redd and love story is a great one Monique did herself with this one. Show how love when from being Redd target to becoming something more. they work together to find out who is behind her hit with the help of his childhood buddy Miles is also a wiz when it comes to computer.Love little sister Esme help to. Love does everything in her power to keep Esme save away from what she facing with the hit.This story was so thrilling could put it down and their is a surprise of who really behind the hit on Love .

Love & Redd

Love and Redd come together under unfavorable circumstances and have to lean on each other to find out the truth. I loved how Love wasn’t your typical damsel in distress, she held her own and accepted her faults. She really is THAT girl. I’m a big suspense girlie and this story took me on some dips and twists to get to the bottom of the chaos. I recommend if you’re looking for an adventure.

What’s Love Got To DO WITH IT

A quick, entertaining read. Monet is used to being ten steps ahead, but everything changes when she ends up a target. As secrets come to light, Monet realizes the enemy is closer than she could have imagined. Savion “Redd” is a man who never misses, until his target becomes more than just a job. The tension, danger, and chemistry between them kept the story interesting.

Good read

I really enjoyed this book. I love how Redd didn’t play about Love after he got to know her. The suspense of this read kept me glued to this book from start to finish and I loved every minute of it. The cliffhanger left me like “wait what happened next” so I can’t wait for part of this book.

Redd & Love make the perfect couple. Their beginning is crazy What’s crazier is the person that is behind them having the opportunity to meet. Their beginning betrayal Love went thru was deep. Everyone got what they deserved. The book ended perfectly. There is room for a spin off or update on Redd and Love’s relationship book

Great book! Redd and Love were made for each other. Love gave Redd a run for his money, literally. This book just proved that blood isn’t always thicker than water. I wish it was longer but it also wrapped up just nice. I would love to see what happens with the other characters on the future

Full circle

This story was full of intriguing points. I didn't expect her Father's hand in the game. I truly thought it was the ex or an unknown family male member. Either a brother or uncle who was jealous. Glad they ended up together. Their future looks bright.

Thank you to the author for the ARC review. This was a great story without your typical victim. Redd was hired to do a hit and uh things didn't go as planned. His victim, Love, who he ends up not killing. They embark on a journey to figure out who the hit originated from. This wasn't your typical Valentine's Day love story but the suspense and romance were a good balance. Draw dropping once all the cards are laid out on the table.
