Intriguing read. Great series.

Read as part of the Masters of Seduction anthology. Much hotter than the previous two chapters, and I really liked the characterisation. On to the last story next.

Rosamund hat ihr Herz bereits einem anderen versprochen, einem Menschen, obwohl sie zu den Nephilim gehört und im Harem den Incubi dienen soll.
Scarus Vipera, ein Incubi Master, ist schwach und muss sich von der sexuellen Energie einer Nephilim nähren.
Das Zusammentreffen von Rosamund und Scarus verändert sie beide nachhaltig.
Wie bereits die Bayou Heat Serie, ist auch dieses Buch schnell durchgelesen und lässt keine langeweile aufkommen. Ich mag den Schreibstil und den Storyverlauf.
Hier hätte ich mir vielleicht ein bisschen mehr Spannung erhofft, ein wenig Action.
Nichts destotrotz entführt einen Laura Wright wie so oft in eine emotionale geladene Welt.
Die Gefühle der beiden Hauptcharaktere lassen einen nicht unberührt und ich hoffe, dass wir in Zukunft noch ein wenig mehr von ihnen zu lesen bekommen.

female used the "goddess this and goddess that" all the time... didn't fit for me, seemed wrong. The story was good, but throwing the wiccan thing in there didn't fit the character.
