I really enjoyed this dive into a pirate fantasy!!
We start with Shen who was cast out from her family and finds herself wandering and in need of a place to belong.
She ends up on a pirate ship captained by a fierce female captain who i had a serious respect/hate relationship with. She has quite the adventure and I found myself both glad not to be a pirate and wishing to be a part of it.
We meet elves, sea creatures and of course, a dragon. I can’t wait for Shen’s next adventure!
