Ivy had the kind of life people envied—wealth, beauty, and a future that felt certain. Then one devastating loss changes everything.
As grief settles in, so do the questions. Small things stop making sense. Old silences start to feel intentional. And the deeper Ivy digs into her family’s past, the more she realizes her life may have been built on secrets.
Because the truth is darker than she ever imagined.
There is another girl. Another history. Another side of her story that was never supposed to surface. And at the center of it all is something ancient, dangerous, and tied to Ivy in ways she cannot yet understand.
What begins as mourning becomes something far more a slow unraveling of who she is, where she comes from, and what may already be waking inside her.
Some secrets don’t stay buried. And some bloodlines were never meant to be broken.
Great read. I found myself pulled into the story and into every character. My mind could see this thriller. I'm just glad it didn't creep into my dreams. Very enjoyable book.
