Revenge is a dish best served spicy...
When Perry's boyfriend cheats on her with her sister, and now they are getting married. Perry decides the best revenge will be to sleep with her ex's hunky silver fox dad, Damian.
I loved the intrigue. How Perry was playing chess in the background, setting her plans into motion perfectly. An anonymous hookup where the players unknowingly play their parts. That is until an unexpected hiccup flips her world upside down in the form of a positive pregnancy test.
I actually really like Damian and Perry. I loved how Damian was so different from everyone else in his world and down to Earth. Just wanting to have a purpose and help people. Perry was devious and conniving but redeemed in the end. I liked how they took things slow even when the chemistry was off the charts.
This was the best one of Liz's books I've read so far. I really enjoyed the story where it starts with revenge and ends with family and an HEA. I wish there was a little more with Perry and Damian together with the babies as a family and that affected my rating a little. Overall, a good steamy revenge, silver fox age-gap story.

Like Damien, I was intrigued yet puzzled by Perry for much of the story. Both she and Damian were betrayed by people closest to them, but Perry’s motivations sometimes felt unclear early on. Still, she’s confident, stubborn, and ultimately a great match for the fiercely protective Damian. Watching their relationship grow while others tried to exploit their insecurities made for plenty of satisfying moments. The shocking drama and hidden secrets were balanced nicely with witty revenge and seriously steamy scenes. Liz Archer definitely knows how to keep the pages turning.

Damien is Jason's father. He attends the party out of obligation to the family. Despite his mother and ex-wife's persistence, he is an ER doctor rather than a philanthropist involved with the family foundation.
When Damien sees a flash of red, he is intrigued. The two circle each other for a while, the heat between them increasing. Afterwards, Perry slips away.
Now it's a year later and Damien is called to treat a patient in the ER. Turns out Perry is in labor with twins, twins Damien doesn't know are his. On top of that, Jason and Faith are planning a wedding so Perry and Damien are thrown back together. But secrets have a funny way of being exposed.

I loved this story. Temperance (Perry) Lawson was cheated on by her boyfriend with her sister, and so she has decided that she’s going to get revenge and then sleeps with his father. Dr Damian Baylock. It’s now nine months later and what started off as a revenge Interlude turn into a pregnancy of twins that was not planned. Damien is the Dr in charge when Perry shows up at the hospital in labour. Damien is attracted to her and after she has been discharged, he asks her for a date. Perry knows that she should tell Damien that he is the father but she drags it out and they both fall in love with each other and it’s only when they are at her sister and his son’s wedding that she tells him. She took a risk and blurted it out knowing that she could lose him, but things worked out in the long run and they go on to have their own happily ever after.

Perry is confident and determined and the perfect match for the passionate yet protective Damien. I enjoyed watching their relationship flourish as everyone tried to attack their perceived insecurities. Gotta be honest, for over half of the book I didn't like Perry. I also didn't like that her snake of a sister never owned up to BEING a snake and in fact turning it around to somehow Perry "owing" her. I did finally start liking Perry. And I loved Damian...except his being willing to constantly take crap from his ex and his ex-bestfriend. The story is good. The characters were well written. And I know that the things I didn't like will be loved by others since it is a totally personal taste thing. It's definitely steamy enough. 4 stars

Liz has written several phenomenal romance books and if I am being 100% honest her Forbidden Silver Foxes series has been my absolute favorite ones to read. OMG Damian is one HOT and SEXY doctor. Get ready to go absolutely crazy but in a good way when you read this Masked Doctor Daddy book because Perry and Damian are going to have your heart skipping beats and facial flushing while turning the pages of this 10/10-star romance book. I will tell you there are lots of surprises I didn’t see coming.

I have read a couple of Liz's books now and they do not disappoint! This book was just as amazing as the rest of them. A masquerade party and a night of passion and 9 months later giving birth to twins. Best part of the story is the Dr who delivers the babies have no idea they are his. She decides to start dating him as he can't get her out of his mind. Liz's books are fun to read and once you start them you can't put them down until you are finished. 5/5 read and 5/5 spice level. I like the characters well some I didn't like but that's a good author creating characters that you have to hate or dislike. They seem well They seemed well rounded. Some seemed Arrogant others seemed just mean While others seemed a little crazy. But all in all I enjoyed this book because of the diversity of the characters And the way true love played out.

This is like reading a soap opera in one sitting! Such a unique intro into the story and liked it until shortly after the birth & naming of the twins.
Started off at a 5-star read, then turned to stupidity. Ridiculous on multiple counts. A sister being cheated on, & that sister marrying the ex-boyfriend, would not become part of the wedding party. Also, the ex-wife has lines that are also ridiculous. Too much of the story is spent at the wedding of the cheaters and not enough substance for & between Perry & Damian.

I always love the covers of Liz Archer books! Damian Is a sexy doctor. Perry is a beautiful woman that is hurting because her pos ex cheated on her and is marrying her sister. So she goes to this ball and meets sexy doctor. They have a one night stand and she becomes pregnant. He doesn’t know who she is but he delivers her babies. Fast pace book that is amazing.

Her plan made total sense but the after effects were not what she planned. He wanted to do more then just live off his family's money. When she went into labor she never thought he would be the doctor on duty. Now here they are trying to see if they have a future, but she still has the secret to keep. She knows she needs to tell him but just can't find the right moment. I would love to read more about them. Also a book about her sisters future would be a good read.
