OMG! That Noire went and took the damn cake with this 1. She made that Dominion family so dysfunctional the whole world is spelled in caps. I loved the 5th part 2 this series. And another 1 is coming after this 1.
Beginning was as little slower than previous stories but soon picked up as the dirty deeds surfaced & excitement occurred. Selah was true to the title...I was hoping Pilar's time was up as Baron finally grew a pair...Mink's love struck mind & Bunni's itching helped keep this series interesting & entertaining. Gutta was insane... I can hardly wait to read the next book in this series! Good read!
This is one of my favorite book series. Noire knows how to keep the plot moving and the readers in suspense of the next move.
I can say I was a little worried that Mink's story would grow dull, but Noire opened up the storyline to include more happenings with the Dominion family and their adversaries.
I like how Mink has matured and settled into her lifestyle as a Dominion. A few moments in the story she lost her strong New York temperament so I hope she can play the duel role of when to be a lady and when to be hood. Momma Selah seems to have that role down. I like that Bunni and Peaches still keeping to their true self, but dang how long are they going to live in the Dominion household?
If you enjoy drama and plenty of fast moving entertainment this is a series that you don't want to remain on your books to read list. There is a lot of down and dity deeds going on and you will be left with some unanswered questions like who shot Vinceroy? How many more enemies do the Dominion clan have? Is Gutta out for the count?
Noire has a flare that will keep you reading as long as the series continues. Supremely recommended !!!
This one just didn't do it for me. I, had been loving the series up til now but I feel it went one book too far. Once again harm has come to Viceroy. So much was going on but not necessarily in a good way. Bunni's "titty" still itches when something is wrong,, Peaches is still over the top, Selah is still the head liar, Barron is still not savvy, Pilar is still a money hungry schemer, Suge is still doing his thing for everybody.
The thing that struck me was with all the shenanigans going on on election night I must've missed the part when they said who won because I surely can't tell you!
Pick up where the last book left off....Don't get me wrong Noire is my favorite author but it seems like this is the same reoccurring events. It's getting old. It left unanswered questions That fans of the series what answers to? Who shot Vinceroy? ; And some of the other characters we love to hate. But I will be waiting for the next book.
That got damn GUTTA had me going crazy over here! But can't nobody shut Suge down, not even lil bit lol.It wasn't a part I didn't like.I was screaming and laughing all the way to the end.Great book Noire like always but I know you got more to come.
This book was yet another wild ride! It held up to its title even to the very end. Selah is professional liar who refuses to tell the truth. Pilar was low down and I was glad to see her get what she had coming! Ray caught by surprise in this one but his sneaky ways made me dislike him. I've never liked Dy-Nasty and her role in this book made me dislike her even more! I was glad Gutta got what he had coming as well. Bunni and Peaches are still wild and add real flava to the story. I hated Gigi for her conniving ways and was glad to see her get dealt with. Barron is just as dumb as ever yet I was glad to see him finally stand up for himself. The feud between Ruddman and Viceroy feels dragged out and I thought it would have come to an end by now but it hasn't. Mink and Suge are my favorite characters yet their love was weird to read at first. Overall, this was a great story and I'm looking forward to finding out what happens in the next installment.
This was a good, paced read. The Dominion family is one crazy family with a lot dirt, lies, and secrets! Even though I like Mink I think Gutta coming after her was just the universe repaying her with karma for all the stuff she did. But his crazy ass almost ended up trying to kill her off the grandeur of illusion. Then if Shy’s stupid ass wasn’t such a follower he would’ve been dipped. At least Barron finally grew some balls in the story, even though he is still prey to white women. Lol my favorite part was when Suge, Barron, and Peaches ended up in jail because the cop wanted to try Suge. The ending was dope and I was happy to that Mink and Suge finally let the world about their relationship. And Selah, smh I see where Mink gets that lying from. I’m just waiting on next book because I wanna see how Suge is going to get himself out of this one

Noire! What an excellent author you are! This series kept me on the edge of my seat as I turned each page to EVERY book! I can’t wait to see what happens in the next book to come! If you haven’t read the Misadventures of Mink LaRue series then I promise you that you ain’t been reading anything worth reading! This raw and uncut sequel displays a true insight of life in the hood!
Chile! This family needs more than a prayer. Once again a lot of their problems would’ve been solved by communicating😂. Why do they keep letting everyone live after creating chaos & destruction😭. I almost fell out when I thought it was fully over for Suge. The Momma has a lying issue real bad😂 that’s where all the kids get it from. I need book 6 now because #1 free my guy Suge & #2 all those lose ends need to be tied up expeditiously!

I absolutely love the Mink LaRue series this book kept me on the edge of my seat. I never wanted to put the book down. The thrill, the anger, the humor, the twisted plot every single page was full of Suspense. I'll be ready for the next misadventure of Mink LaRue! keep up the amazing job. I'm a huge fan
Suprisingly this was not what I was expecting from this book or Noire. All the others in the series have been heavy on the urban erotica part but this had so much less erotica and more of the urban. I enjoyed the storyline so much more...not that i didn't like the older books.
LMAO! This was the most twisted, hilarious series I've ever read. I must say I laugh, I was amazed , but mostly I was intrigued. Great job. Ride or die no matter what. A family that goes through trials, lies yet still stand together. Please tell me there is a part 6 to come. I can't wait.
I was reading this book during an exercise. It was so good. At first I was wary of the series because I didn't know how many twists and turns Noire could throw in there before the plot got straight up ridiculous. By the end, Noire showed me just how she could not only throw in even MORE twists, but to also keep me hanging on her every word, waiting anxiously for the next installment of the Misadventures of Mink La Rue!
I'm giving this book five stars because it deserves it! I have read every book leading up to this one and I must say that this story gets better every time! I can't wait for the next one!
This book was great. It started off exactly where the last book ended. Mink has a lot o her plate this time. Selah has to tell a few lies to keep Viceroy around this time. I highly recommend this book.
