The book offers a step by step approach to tackle depression and anxiety, gently pointing on activities to remove the pressure on the brain, albeit mind which grows like a balloon or pressure cooker in the humdrum of daily life. A short book and helps the mind to calm down and soothe senses. It deserves to be read for the down to earth techniques offered.

Direct and straight forward lessons on positivity . The writer did not just say what but also clarified how.
