Elsewhere #2
Somewhere
A new semester means new surprises at Miss Coleridge’s Academy for Gifted Youths. Elsie tries her best to be a good Guardian, but a few terrible mistakes causes Elsewhere’s trust in her to falter.
To make matters worse, Gifted kids from around the world have gone missing, taken somewhere the Gateways can’t reach.
A mysterious figure offers Elsie a tempting solution—a way to keep Gifts for good instead of borrowing them—but the deal comes with a heavy price.
Do the ends truly justify the means?

You know something is good when the sequel does everything the first book did but better and omg the story and moments it’s amazing how this world has been grown bigger and better. Can’t wait for the future story’s of the elsewhere universe and what brilliant idea the author cooks up. Read this book and the first it is so worth every second and word.

A great continuation to the series. Kept me captivated from start to finish. I felt like I was on the journey with Elsie walking along beside her. In this book, she gets to be mentor to the new kids and struggles. She tries to be a hero, but her impulsiveness gets the better of her, and she doesn't always think things through. She also writes a school play that the students get to perform which was a lot of fun!
Some fun new characters in this one, each with their own stories to tell. And some darker moments that show off the reality of WWI.
A great sequel!
