I don't know... this one feels like a 3-4 page article turned into a book. Lots of fluff. I asked ChatGPT for a brief summary of the book and all of the points made are good instruction, but it took me 4 minutes to read the summary compared to endless attempts to sit down and actually read some pages in this book.
