This is a really well put together guide for anyone looking to eat healthy. The book is filled with great salad recipes that are all simple, easy to put together, and very tasty. My favorite of all of them so far is the Dark Chocolate Berry Lettuce Salad with Pecans. I've made it twice already since I saw it in the book. There is a lot of recipes in this book but they are structured in a very easy to read format. You get everything you need to know about each one and exactly how to put it together. Great resource for anyone losing weight or trying to eat healthy.

New Salad Recipes Ideas.

This is another great book’s of Anna Scott. I love salad recipes so buy it here I get many new ideas for how to add variety to your salads recipes and how to dress them up with some very awesome salad dressings. Thank’s Anna Scott for new ideas.
