ABOUT THE AUTHOR
David Adams spends as much time as possible in the Australian bush, honing survival skills, gold, treasure fossicking, and hunting feral animals throughout Australia. He served as an Officer in the Australian Army Reserve during the post-Vietnam era. Dave has trained alongside members of the United States Marine Corps and Special Air Services SAS personnel. Serving his last two years in the A.D.F as a Platoon Commander Military Police provided him with exposure to law enforcement working closely with his civilian counterparts in the Queensland Police Service. This book didn't have one thing that isn't on Wikipedia. Except pinterest links to zentangles. A Google search is more comprehensive.

Another Zentangle book on Kindle. I am so happy that there are so many now. This one is free on Kindle Unlimited and only $2.99 otherwise. Maybe for a beginner it would be worth the price but I have been researching and learning this wonderful art for a little while. I only picked it up for inspiration. And it was free then.

There are not only lovely Zentangles illustrated within the ebook, there were web links to others online. Now I have more boards to follow on my Pinterest! But that's what that site is for, right?

One new concept that was brought up in this book that I haven't seen (or noticed) before was how doing Zentangles can be a good habit exchange for a bad habit, such as over-eating or smoking. Great idea!

If you get the chance, look this book up. It is a great introduction to the art of Zentangling.

Like the other 3 books I've downloaded on Zentangle, this one is similar in that it gives background on this art form of meditation explaining its purposeful, not a doodle

I just can't believe I'm just learning of this!! It has been so fun yet so relaxing. I don't know that I'm a Zentangle expert artist quite yet, but it doesn't matter!! :) it's been entertaining, getting me to find my creative side ( of which I never thought I had) , relaxing, meditative & focusing. I think this is a wonderful "new" way for meditating & I'm going to keep exploring it, reading more on it, & doing it

Love Zentangle!! :D

Good Book

It was a good book, but kind of redundant. The information in the beginning was helpful at first, but as you move through the book the author just finds a different way to state the same information.

good basic guide in need of an editor

Brief, informative - but the writing, punctuation and writing style is in serious need of polishing. Not a bad effort, but could be better.
