It doesn’t feel like punishment.
What I like most is that this doesn’t feel like punishment. A lot of programs make you feel like you’re failing if you miss a day or can’t keep up. This one feels more supportive. The progression makes sense. You start where you are and build up. I’m 47, and I was worried about my knees and joints, but nothing here felt unsafe. I feel stronger, not sore all the time. That alone makes me want to keep going.

A program that respects aging joints.
The progressions are smart and the daily missions are short enough to actually stick with. No gym, no equipment, just 15 minutes. A realistic approach for women over 45. I gifted to my mom, and she also liked it.
