A taboo twincest omegaverse 🥵🔥 I ate this up and it was absolutely delicious. Harper and Henry were adorable together and Simon the ex can go f himself, good riddance.
What you’ll get from this book is mild yearning and so much sweetness, also sleek and heats and an alpha who dreams about bottoming for his omega. These two are true fated mates (because in this universe you can only knot your fated mate 😉😊) Lovely 🌸

Oh man, Henry and Harper. I swear, every time they called each other “baby brother” and “big brother” I lost my freaking mind. I loved their bond from the beginning and the way they discovered they were fated mates was, literally, life changing!! SO. HOT. The vulnerability and tears and the eagerness to take care of each other had me melting. Their connection was on another level. The writing sucks you in DEEP and the characters personality and emotions just drip off the page. Chemistry was off the charts sexy. The yearning from Henry had my heart breaking a little for him in the beginning… and when Harper goes into heat and they are talking to each other through the bathroom door, I was desperately clinging to every word waiting on Harper to say the words that Henry needed. The way Henry protected and cared for Harper was so goddamn beautiful.

I don’t normally read much omegaverse stuff (I was drawn to Intertwined for the taboo element) but I gotta say, I’m HOOKED.

i'm actually surprised how awesome this debut novella was, the writing flew perfectly with the story & all the characters were very well-written, especially for a novella. it had an interesting start that made me feel for the MCs right away, and the ending wrapped this story up immaculately, making this a very satisfying read! i'm curious about some side characters if they would possibly get their own stories too..👀 i'm definitely looking forward to more books by this new debut author✨👏

This was such an amazing story. I love a good taboo read, add in Omegaverse and twins, and this is gold. This is a new author for me and I can't wait to check out more of their work. I loved the writing style and flow. I loved the connection of the characters. The spice was spicing hard and delicious 🔥🔥🔥🔥. This was a short novella, but I ate up every page and can't wait for more stories. I really can't wait for Dean and Mac's story up next!

This story follows twins Harper and Henry. These twins are best friends and have been very close and affectionate since birth. Henry is an alpha and Harper is an omega. Harper comes home on his bday to catch his boyfriend Simon cheating on him. Simon is the biggest POS and I hate him. Harper seeks comfort and confides in his twin Henry what has happened. He ends up staying with Henry and his heat suddenly happens. They can't leave the house as they get snowed in. Henry had always had feelings and love for his twin even though he shouldn't. Harper is starting to guess he has always had those feelings but couldn't act on them. These two hook up as his heat gets worse and it gets spicy fast 🥵🥵😏. Can these two act on how they truly feel? Will they end up losing each other after Harper's heat ends? Or have these twins finally found their fated mate in each other?

I loved the relationship between these two so much. I loved how affectionate, loving, caring, and supportive they both were to each other. I love how they both completed one another. The chemistry was off the charts 🥵🥵. I loved the dynamics between them in the bedroom and how versatile they both were 🔥🔥🔥. I loved how Harper could be a sassy omega. Henry is such an attentive and protective alpha and I love him 🥹. Seeing these two so in sync and connected was everything. This was such a great taboo read and I can't wait to see what this author does next 😍.

There honestly aren’t enough words to describe how much I loved Henry and Harper. Taboo romance is always a genre that overlaps into so many different directions, but this was handled so perfectly.

The yearning Henry had for Harper was so pure, so tender, and so palpable that you could physically feel it while reading. It was written so beautifully that it genuinely felt like you were standing in the room with these two men, watching them desperately want each other. Henry just wanted to protect Harper, make his life easier, and let him finally feel cared for, and that is one of my absolute favorite dynamics in books. I love a protective man, and Henry delivered that flawlessly.

And the best part? Even though Henry was the alpha, that man was so wrapped up in Harper’s happiness and well-being that he was basically putty in Harper’s hands. Obsessed doesn’t even begin to cover it.

Then there’s sweet, sweet Harper.

Harper just wanted to love and be loved so badly that he somehow ended up with the biggest douche canoe on planet Earth. After having your heart shattered like that, you don’t think you’ll ever come back from it, but watching Harper return to the person who truly made him feel safe and loved while allowing himself to heal emotionally was everything.

And honestly? I adored that the story let Harper realize just how awful Simon actually was. Sometimes books gloss over toxic relationships too quickly, but this one really let Harper process the fact that Simon was never right for him. And for the record: I hate Simon. I want him fired. I want him buried in a hole where nobody can ever find him again because Harper deserves the entire world. He is the cutest little nugget alive and I will protect him at all costs.

And when Henry and Harper finally gave in to everything between them? Whew. The heat scene was next level. It was HOT. The spice was absolutely spicing.

But beyond the romance and chemistry, I also need to give a huge shoutout to the people around them. I will always support a supportive family and friend group. Watching everyone rally around Henry and Harper simply because they wanted them to be happy was so beautiful. That kind of unconditional love and acceptance will always be one of my favorite things to read about because, to me, that’s the epitome of perfection.

I genuinely wasn’t ready for Henry and Harper’s story to end, but I already cannot wait to see them pop up throughout the rest of the series.

And honestly, if this is only book one, I cannot even imagine how incredible the rest of this series is going to be.

Me encantó cómo se dio el desenlace. No sabía qué pensar respecto a la situación de Harper y su expareja ni cómo iba a terminar eso, pero me gustó mucho cómo se resolvió todo al final 🤭.

Harper and Henry... what can I even say about such amazing characters? Honestly, the only words that come to mind are incredible and absolute joys to read.

I loved getting to know them and diving deep into their story. I usually read a lot of taboo books, the kind that many consider "forbidden", so a story about twins realizing they’ve always been in love, set in an Omegaverse world with Alphas and Omegas? It was an instant sell for me!

I really liked how their ending played out. I wasn't sure what to think about Harper and her ex's situation or how it would wrap up, but I loved how everything was resolved in the end🤭.

I am absolutely dying to read about Mac and Dean! 👀👀🔥 I cannot wait for their story!

Oh, I loved it. I absolutely LOVED it.

I know this is taboo and NOT for everyone, but I absolutely loved every second of this book.

Even if it is a novella I feel like we had everything we needed written between these pages. It was sweet, it was swoon worthy, it made me mad, it made me chuckle at Harper's bratty self, it was hot as sin... yeah.

I loved how the author did not shy away from the hard topic of abusive relationships, how Harper's experience was valid and how in the end he got the help he needed and got out of that toxic situation.

I love how what happened between Harper and Henry was not something lust induced, but they yearned for each other for a while ( one knowingly, one unknowingly ). When they finally got together it felt so natural, so beautiful and sweet. It made me emotional to see how much Henry loves Harper.

Another thing that I loved was how they weren't your typical alpha and omega, and how open they were to explore and make sure the other one's needs are met. The sex positivity in this book was a nice touch.

Their loved ones accepting them was also another thing I highly appreciated. I love when I can read a book and just enjoy it without unnecessary drama. This was exactly that. Yay me.

I am happy that we got a glimpse of the next story we will get in this world and I am ready. Bring me that alpha × alpha action. Yuhuuu.

I think the only thing I didn't like was that it ended to soon. I was not ready to let them go.

I need more of Henry and Harper... much more. Please & thanks.

This is my first time reading this author and I did not expect to be this hooked. This novella (omegaverse, twins, alpha/omega) was honestly addictive from start to finish. I’m still thinking about it.

Harper completely stole my attention. He’s soft, gentle, and sees the world in a very pure way. He trusts easily, loves deeply, and always tries to see the good in people until he’s proven wrong. And when things go bad for him, it hurts because he never deserved it. Henry being there for him made everything better. The way he protected him, comforted him, and gave him love felt so natural. Harper giving that same love back made their bond even stronger.

Henry is intense in the best way. On the surface he feels almost perfect, but he has insecurities, emotions, and moments where he struggles too, which made him feel real. But when it comes to Harper, he is completely gone for him. No hesitation. No holding back. Harper is everything to him, and it shows in every word and action.

And their chemistry burns. The emotional connection between them is deep, but the physical side is just as strong it’s intense, passionate, and full of need, but still tied to how deeply they trust and love each other. It feels like two people who completely belong to each other finally giving in.

Overall, this was way better than I expected. Emotional, intense, and honestly a little addictive.

This was my first truly taboo book ever, and I was excited to see how their relationship would be shown especially since they are twins. And to top it off this is an omegaverse, with an Alpha and Omega paring.
Henry and Harper are close of course, Henry has been in love with Harper for ages, but he thinks he can’t act on it. Harper is heartbroken, feeling alone and then boom his heat comes early and they are stuck in a snow storm so no supplies can be brought in to help Harper out. Dream come true for Henry!!
I adored both of these men. Henry is so caring, he loves his brother so much and wants to be with his other half of his soul so badly, it nearly broke my heart for him. And Harper, such a sweet soul, all he wants is to be loved for who he is, and he already is by Henry and he just needs to give in to that. The writing was amazing, the love story was so sweet and the characters are so lovable. Would love some about some side characters too!

It is a sweet and cute non-shifter omegaverse story about two twins, Henry and Harper, who love each other in a way that goes beyond just being brothers, but the taboo of their relationship keeps them from ever acting on it.
Henry is such a lovable character. He is always protective and caring towards Harper, but he keeps his feelings locked away for two reasons, 1) Harper is his twin, and 2) Harper is already in a relationship with Simon, a conceited and bullying alpha who honestly does not deserve him.
Watching Henry silently carry all of that is both painful and beautiful at the same time.
Things take a turn when an incident brings them closer, and they discover they are fated mates. From there, it becomes a story of two people slowly finding their way to each other, with love eventually winning over every obstacle and every taboo standing in its way.
The story never feels rushed. It is gentle, emotional, and quietly moving.
I cant wait to read the next in the series.
This one was a lovely read — highly recommend!

Oh my goodness, I have quite literally so much to say about this debut!! This was my first beta read and I absolutely loved Henry and Harper. Then I got to read my ARC and was just as obsessed the second time around.

I loved that from the get go, Henry was all in for Harper. Just obsessed with him but feels like he cannot do anything about it. He was such a sweetheart when it came to Harper, I was squealing because of how cute! Just the ultimate protector while also letting Harper flourish into who he is. Harper, oh Harper, just was so kind and gentle. I loved watching him go from hurting too confident in who he is. Harper’s ex, who doesn’t even deserved to be named in my review, got EXACTLY what I wanted him to get. It was great, beautifully done.

I was actually a little worried about their parents but I loved their parents relationship and how in turn that affected the way they react to Harper and Henry. Plus Mac and Dean!!! Ahhh I just cannot wait for more from this universe!!

This was my first book by Ember Falls and I really enjoyed this sweet novella. It was also my first book involving twincest, I went in not knowing how I would feel about it, and I have to say I enjoyed it more than I thought I would. Harper and Henry were so sweet together, and you could feel the love and longing they have for each other.

Harper, the omega, is definitely the soft hearted one of the brothers, he always sees the good in everyone, and believes people should get a second chance … even when they don’t deserve it. But then why hope for more than his boyfriend Simon when he can’t have the one person he truly wants? Henry, the alpha, has a calm exterior, but on the inside he’s going crazy with his feelings for his brother and his undeserving boyfriend. So what happens when Harper shows up in Henry’s doorstep after things blow up with his boyfriend. Henry takes him in no questions ask … then a snow storm hits and Harper starts going into his heat? Now the only one there to help Harper through it is his twin, Henry.

Oh I loved this book so much! I'm a sucker for anything omegaverse but then you add in taboo and that taboo happens to be twins I'm a goner!

One of my favorite things about twins is that it automatically has that "You're the other half of my soul" vibe going on, and then is the book progresses we get to watch it become more and more true and I absolutely love it.

Henry and Harper were the sweetest boys and how much they loved each other was undeniable. They both were just precious.

Obviously this book is extremely spicy and when it comes to the spice it is done extremely well. I also like that in this one Henry who is the alpha is vers because I feel like that doesn't happen a lot and I'll make a vers so it was fun. All in all this just was a very sweet and adorable and spicy book that had two boys that loved each other with every piece of their being and I devoured every fucking second of it.

Now, I don't often read taboo romances, but occasionally it's an itch I have to scratch. Intertwined did just that. It's a taboo romance between twins and on top of that, an omegaverse book. AND it's the author's debut!

I really enjoyed this one. Very spicy, with some great writing, loveable characters, and a sweet romance. It's on the shorter side, more of a novella, so some things did feel rushed. I'd have loved more build-up in the beginning. Get to know the characters more, their lives, the people around them, their bonds with each other,... And things went rather smoothly in the end, especially given that it's a taboo romance. So yeah, it could've all been expanded on and delved into deeper. But overall, it's a really sweet & spicy romance between two twins and their bond did shine through.

I'm looking forward to seeing what the author will bring us in the future.

This was a really sweet story, yes, about two brothers (twins) accepting their much more than brotherly feelings for each other. Henry has always known these feelings existed, Harper knew but on a much more subconscious level. They end up in a situation where they are confronted by the possibility of something more between them and have to make a decision. It goes from there. Very steamy but so sensual and loving. They have a beautiful, open and communicative dynamic. Henry is absolutely devoted to Harper which is so sweet. I haven’t read many omegaverse books so I found aspects of this story to be very educational about the genre. The alpha/omega dynamic is very interesting, especially between twins, and I do love a good knotting!

This is Ember Falls’ debut story and wow! I was seriously impressed. I went into this novella not knowing what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised by how well written and engaging it was from start to finish. I devoured this story!
Since it’s a novella, I don’t want to say too much and risk spoiling anything, but I will say that this is a taboo omegaverse high heat romance that definitely won’t be for everyone. If you enjoy intense, high heat stories this one absolutely delivers.
Henry and Harper, twin brothers stranded together during a snowstorm, already have a complicated dynamic made even more explosive by hidden longing and an unexpected heat. The chemistry between them was hot and things escalated quickly in the best way possible.
I’m incredibly impressed with Ember Falls, and after such a strong debut, I can’t wait to see what they write next.

Intertwined was such a fun and addictive omegaverse novella. Henry and Harper completely stole my heart, and apparently twins being fated mates is absolutely a trope for me now.

The yearning between them was so tender and emotional, and I loved how protective and devoted Henry was when it came to Harper. Watching Harper heal from a toxic relationship and slowly realise he deserved real love and care was beautiful.

The chemistry was intense, the spice definitely delivered, and I loved how supportive everyone around them was despite the taboo aspect of their relationship.

Short, emotional, spicy, and impossible to put down — I already can’t wait for the next book.

Owwwww es uno de los libros más tiernos de omegaverse BL que he leído, me gusta que no se haya normalizado la violencia ni física ni psicológica.

La verdad es que es la relación más "sana" que me leí en el omegaverse BL Incluso lo demuestran con la ex pareja del otro gemelo, lo trataba mal e incluso hacía mal uso de él en sus temporadas de celo, el hacerlo sentir mal con su cuerpo o avergonzado por las cosas que le gustaban.

La verdad es que con la trama y todo lo que pasa se te olvida lo de que son gemelos JAJAJAJA la verdad me gustó mucho la historia. Amo que los papás los hayan aceptado y que los otros 2 también el amigo y el señor de la floristería. La verdad lo voy a seguir repitiendo es lo más sano en el BL en general que he leído.
