A compilation of beautiful, inspiring stories of times when either heavenly or earthly angels have touched someone's life. From dying and coming back to life to a disaster being averted to someone being a helper, the stories show how the heavens are aware of us and sometimes blessings will come in just the exact way needed. A very uplifting read.

Super simple book. Each chapter is a different story is someone's wonderful miraculous story. Sometimes their miracles, sometimes they're just simple tender mercies from the Lord. Sometimes it has a happy ending, sometimes it's not but they're filled with peace and hope. Thought it was sweet.

I appreciate when people are willing to share these types of very personal experiences. I find them uplifting and encouraging. There is much to think about and learn from in these stories. Thanks to the authors for sharing and compiling this collection.

This is a nice collection of inspirational stories from members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. However, I listened to the audio version and the readers were a bit dry. While I recommend the book, I would suggest reading it over listening to it.

About 27 short accounts of people who have felt blessed by God in different ways such as protection, healing, comfort, visions, etc. At the end of each account is a short biography of the person it is about.

“The experience taught me things I could not have learned without it and for that I will always be grateful…I have been given a second chance and I plan to use my time in the service of the Lord and my family in any way I can.” (You will be made whole)

“One morning when I was particularly exhausted, when I thought I couldn’t stretch myself any further to try to reach a goal I wasn’t even sure I was nearing, I paused. Suddenly I felt an invisible presence wrap an arm around my shoulder. The feeling was as clear and definite as if I could feel an actual person standing beside me. The unseen arm wrapped me in a comforting reassuring hug. There were no words, only the strong distinct feeling [of what she should do.]” (Was my work good enough)

“Although we rightly thank Heavenly Father for everything, we also have a Heavenly Mother who quietly stays in the background. We never think or talk about her, but she taught us as spirit children, she tended and watched over us, and she loved us.
