About the author

Caro Sand lives in northern Germany and loves writing in the genres of fantasy and urban fantasy. She connects parallel worlds to our reality through various gateways.
In her free time, she likes to go to Viking and Medieval Markets. As a forest pedagogue, she loves to let the participants of her events slip into the role of native forest animals, and in doing so, she also opens doors to parallel worlds, for example to mythical creatures.
The preservation of the Low German language is close to her heart, which is why her children's books are published also in Low German.

Språket var etter min smak litt for enkelt. Dessverre manglet historien den dybden jeg håpet på, og jeg klarte aldri helt å leve meg inn i den. Jeg vet ikke om det skyldes oversettelsen eller et bevisst stilgrep, men innblandingen av engelske ord gjorde at teksten føltes litt uferdig. Alt i alt ble dette en bok som ikke traff meg.
