Աընդհատ թերթելու գիրք։ Շատ արժեքավոր խորհուրդներ կար, ինչպես նաև անկարևոր։ Մի մասին (կհամարձակվեմ ասել՝ մեծ մասին) ծանոթ էի, այդ իսկ պատճառով նախատեսածից ավել կարդացի: Բայց, ինչպես ասում են, մի բան է իմանալ, մի այլ բան է գործածել😊

Sleep less.

Set aside one hour every morning for personal development matters.

Every day, take the time to ask yourself the question "is this the best use of my time and energy?"

Always answer the phone with enthusiasm in your voice and show your appreciation for the caller.

jot down inspiration and excellent ideas.

Set aside every Sunday evening for yourself and be strongly disciplined with this habit. Use this period to plan your week.

Always remember the key principle that the quality of your life is the quality of your communication.

Stay on purpose, not on outcome.

Laugh for five minutes in the mirror each morning.

Light a candle beside you.

To enhance your concentration and powers of focus, count your steps when you walk.

Take six steps while taking a long inhale, hold your breath for another six steps, and then exhale for six steps.

Learn to meditate effectively. The mind is naturally a very noisy machine which wants to move from one subject to another like an unchained monkey.

Learn to be still.

Enhance your will-power.

Do not let your mind float like a piece of paper in the wind.

Stop complaining and develop a cheerful, vital and strong personality.

When a negative thought comes to your mind, immediately replace it with one that is positive.

Make an effort to be humorous throughout the day.

Sit for ten minutes at first and then increase the time every few sittings. After a month or two, you will not be interrupted by any pressing thoughts and will surely feel a sense of peace that you have never felt before.

Confide in your partner. This will strengthen the relationship and allow you both to grow at the same pace.

Value your spouse's laugh and keep your partner's picture close by your work desk for inspiration and pleasant thoughts throughout the day.

Do a hundred sit ups a day and do not break this habit.

Be the most honest person that you know. Be trustworthy - worthy of the trust of others.

Curb your worldly desires and you will strengthen your will.

One of the best motivating books I ever read
5 Stars for the book which can really change a man .... change his way of thinking .... change a life!

I'm sure if God give me life I will read this book again and again ....

It's small in amount of pages .... small in amount of words ....... but very huge Value

It says 200,but actually most of them are repeated and I would say there are less than 100.Because of this it pretty much became annoying.Nothing special about this book.

A bit repetitive, but easy to read and with some really useful tips that could be boiled down to 15.

I read it really fast. It was an amazing book! It was written in an easy way and it was very inspirational 😏 . I highly recommend it!

These secrets are Ineffable, i think i'll read it all over again..and it's all about motivation and inspiration.
