Tamara thought she had rescued a huge and beautiful dog, but there was something about how they bond that seemed a little unusual. Nightfall was her protector, willing to kill to keep her safe, but the almost human-like way he reacted to her was both adorable and a little disconcerting, seriously what dog appeared turned on by their mistress in the shower? In a world few humans know about, there are those born half wolf/half human, and Josh is one of them. He also knew Tamara was his mate, but how to let her know? She called him Nightfall, not bad, but he wanted her to know the man, but only when she was ready.
Nightfall by T.K. Lawyer is a heated, spicy and kind of quirky look at paranormal romance and what happens when honesty is not the first line of attack! Full of humorous situations, between Tamara and Nightfall/Josh, I did get some chuckles! Face it, if you are owned by a dog, you know the connection, the mental woo-woo that passes between you, but never will you see a connection like this, although I must say, the devotion Nightfall/Josh has to Tamara is spot on. Now, Tamara to Nightfall, hmm, we didn’t get as insightful of a glimpse there! Maybe because, a nice as she is, she has enough baggage to be afraid to believe in the impossible?
T.K. Lawyer has one heck of a cute tale as seen mostly through the loving eyes of Josh, the nearly perfect book boyfriend, with the patience of a saint! Take a light-hearted trip into the fated mate realm and watch as one dog/wolf/man must convince his woman he is more than she could ever believe! Relax into a fun romance! Gives a whole new meaning to the phrase, Man’s Best Friend!

Nightfall is the name of the stray dog (really wolf) that lands himself on the doorstep of Tamara. Nightfall has no plans to be her pet – he’s really Josh, and he knows that Tamara is his fated mate. Tamara has had her share of really bad relationships and has pretty much sworn them off for good. But when Nightfall/Josh comes into her life, Tamara has to break down the walls she’s built around her heart, or risk losing Josh forever.
Although I am a huge fan of paranormal romance, this book didn’t feel like it belonged in that genre. Although one of the main characters is part wolf/part man, once that is discovered, the rest of the book read to me more like a contemporary romance. Putting aside that Josh can turn into a wolf, the narrative then seemed to focus more on the relationship, insecurities, trust, etc. When Josh was “Nightfall”, the interaction between Tamara and him was most amusing. But after the discovery, it was very emotionally heavy… maybe a bit too much. I feel like the book could have been probably ¼ shorter, as opposed to feeling drawn out. It was also hard for me to keep liking Tamara as the book went on, as her past experiences seemed to force her to subconsciously sabotage their relationship. That’s not to say that’s not what happens in real life, but at one point I thought, “Enough already!” Josh remained loyal to Tamara despite feeling hurt by her repeatedly… I think I wanted to see his happy ending more than I was rooting for them as a couple.
Overall, I liked Nightfall well enough. Again, I was expecting more of the “paranormal” in this story, but still feel it is a good read.
Nightfall by: TK-Lawyer This is the first book I have read by TK-Lawyer, but it definitely won't be the last. This book was very enjoyable to read, once I actually got to sit down and read it. The time just flew by, I was so engrossed in the book. This book is so romantic, and Josh is such a sweet, loving, attentive, SEXY, man, with quite a libido. Tamara is a plus size, intelligent, fun, self sufficient, caring women, with a temper, and a heart she has closed off.
Tamara has been hurt badly in the past, by the men she dated, and has built a brick wall around her heart. Josh is determined to make her his, even if it means chipping away one brick at a time. However, he is only human, and can only chip away for so long. He can't seem to make her see they are meant for each other. She can't seem to open up to him, and is not sure they are meant for each other, like Josh does.
This is truly a great book, and I can't say much cuz I don't want to give anything away. But she meets Josh under VERY unusual circumstances, and their story is one worth reading. I really loved Josh's character he was my favorite. Tamara was a good character also, but I felt Josh put so much more effort forth, and remembered all the little things. I don't feel Tamara was as thoughtful, or considerate. Ahhh it's so hard not to give anything away. Don't be like Tamara, take a leap of faith and go on their journey with them. It's a wonderful journey, with laughter, crying, anger, fighting, jealousy, and passion in abundance.
I loved this book soo much it will remain in my favorites ! It kept me on edge made me wanna cry , so many emotions , i wanna a wolf man alpha like Josh ..lol I dont want to give away details , or spoilers , read for yourself , and i guarantee you wont put it down , i was not disapointed at all , I loved it , honestly! I recieved this book for free for an honest review . I hope the author will continue this story i would love a triology or something ! Keep writing these kinds of stories i know they will take off !
I hated Tamara with all my heart. She's jealous that Josh receives smiles from other females, but she hugs and ignores him when she's meeting an old friend. Unfortunately for me this story fell flat.. I loved Josh and the story had a lot of potential, but the heroine was an idiot..
Nightfall by T.K Lawyer is a captivating paranormal (shifter) romance, with just enough angst and drama to keep things interesting. This isn’t my first read by Ms. Lawyer, but it is definitely my favourite, so far. What happens when Tamara’s discovers there is a lot more to her faithful ‘pet’ than she could ever have imagined. And how exactly did Josh get himself in the position of playing ‘pet’- well, you’ll just have to read all the interesting details for yourself- because what happens here makes for a great read.
This could have been a gem, but for me, I found myself frustrated with Tamara to the point where I actually wished Josh could just walk away. That is rare for me given I'm a romantic at heart and always want an HEA for the main characters.
After a series of relationships that ended badly, Tamara has sworn off getting serious with another man for the foreseeable future. When she first met Josh, she realized he was exactly the kind of guy that she could find herself falling for and because she didn't want to risk getting hurt again, turned him down flat when he asked her out. A year later, she still thought of him, but never expected him to enter back into her life, and in the most unexpected way. For Josh, not being around Tamara was unacceptable. Although she didn't want to date him, she was his mate and he needed to convince her that he would always love and be there for her. His solution? Disguised as what she assumed is a dog, he worms his way into her life and love. However, Josh isn't a dog. He is part wolf and part human, and if that means he has to pretend to be her pet to get close to her, that is exactly what he would do. And when the time is right, he would reveal his true self in the hopes that she would be open and accepting of who he really is and that he cares for her and would do anything to protect her.
What I loved about the story is his unfailing commitment to her. She was his mate and there wasn't anyone else who could fulfill that need he had for her. Things weren't easy though. I liked how he slowly made his presence known to her as Nightfall. There were a few times when his reaction to her leaving him seemed extreme, but compared to her actions, I actually felt more sympathy for him at the end. And even though I understood her concerns with trusting he would not hurt her, I struggled with her adamant refusal to give him a chance to show her he was not like all of the other men in her past. That unlike them, his genetic make up pretty much dictated that he would never choose someone else over her. He was pretty much a sure thing, but left and right she just made things so difficult for him. When she got jealous, he had to soothe her, but she didn't think twice about her behavior with her friend Reuben. I just couldn't relate to her attitude. And when I struggle to connect to a character, that pretty much lowers my rating for a book. She eventually explains her reason behind her reticence to get involved, but I still couldn't understand why she still dismissed his desire for a future with her. And the ending baffled me. I'm not quite sure how the "bonding" is supposed to work. A little more description into the workings of how the bond is established would be nice.
If you're a fan of paranormal romance books, shifters in particular, you may enjoy this one. I'd love to hear from anyone who has a different take on Tamara.
This story does not seem like it is paranormal. More contemporary. I received a copy of this book for an honest review. I am not sure that I like the fact that Josh, though an Alpha wolf, is so wimpy. He does not seem to be the strong leader type that you would expect in your Alpha wolf. He does not have a pack and that makes it seem even more like it should be contemporary as we all know Alpha's need their packs and Josh does not seem to need or miss his. Tamara, she had a hard time in her life when it came to relationships. She was made to feel worthless or that her heart was unworthy. It took a lot to get her to have feeling for Josh, and during this time the mating pull was refer to be working. I think I have read to many paranormal books where the mating pull is stronger that this story shows. BUT, all that said, this was a great story if you look at it from a Contemporary standpoint and not a paranormal standpoint.
Was a pretty good read. Tamara has been hurt in the past and has trust issues so she doesn't want to get involved with any man. Josh knows Tamara is his mate but he can't get near her. His plan is to become her pet! He starts showing up at her house until she takes him in. Tamara takes in a stray and names him nightfall and imagine her surprise when he turns out to be Josh! A few times I wanted to get into the book and smack Tamara! Her poor me I don't trust you attitude was driving me nuts! Josh was super sweet, handsome and a gentleman and she was being an idiot!
Phenomenal. I loved this story. It is wonderfully written. It is full of suspense. I love Nightfall. He is a great protector for Tamara. These two are great together. I hope there will be more with these two characters. TO keep up the awesome writing. You Rock.
Great read.. Loved Nightfall/Josh.... Tamara has some issues that she must over come, but can she? I liked the story and the Journey Josh/Tamara has to take so they both can be whole. Great read, flows well.. Really enjoyed the story
Not exactly what I expected when I stated reading Nightfall but I was pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed the book. It was well written with enough angst to not make it a complete mush fest.
Tamara is a woman who has her life sorted out she has a job she loves, friends around her who support her a love her and a home she has made her own, but the only thing she is missing is companionship since her beagle passed away, however, when a dog keeps appearing on her doorstep night after night she doesn’t know what to do, until she takes him to the vet to see if he is healthy, but when they tell her that it is possibly a wolf, she isn’t sure whether to keep him or not, but in the ends she gets his shots done and takes him home. Josh is a werewolf who is looking for his mate, but when he finds her, he doesn’t realise that he has met her in the past until he is enticed by her scent while on a run and ends up on her doorstep, that is until one day she takes him in as her pet. As she goes to the pet store to get the supplies she needs to look after her new pet, she starts to hear a voice in her head which isn’t hers, she thinks it might be the dog, but that would make her a little insane, so she dismisses it just as quickly. After they return to Tamara’s home she tries to lay down some ground rules, but cannot understand the dog's behaviour sometimes, however while she tries to name him, she keeps coming up short until she thinks of Nightfall and with the dog's approval, that's what she names him.
After Tamara leaves for work the next morning, Josh shifts back into his human form and thinks about the predicament he has gotten himself into acting as her pet, it is taking all his control not to reveal himself to her, especially when she is changing into or out of her clothes. So as he deliberates his plan, makes himself something to eat and makes himself comfortable in her home, until she gets home and somehow finds a towel smelling of a man, even though there hasn’t been one in her home for days, albeit confused, she just dismisses the strange things happening again. As the days pass and the two fall into a routine, Josh is finding it harder and harder to keep his feelings and urges in check, but he has started the wooing with gifts, however, he struggles immensely when she goes on a date with another man, but he finds out where and turns up, it is a good job that he does when the date turns sour, he waits until she is safely on her way home until he returns there himself as Nightfall and when he does, Tamara is worried sick and then pours her heart out to him.
This is when Josh decides that he cannot keep himself away from Tamara any longer and decides to reveal himself to her that night, he shifts into his human form and wakes her up gently before springing the information on her, but how will she react to his revelations and will she accept him for who he is, or will she run a mile because of the past she has kept hidden for so long? This is a paranormal romance with a realistic look at relationships and how pasts can affect the present and future. It is a story which will keep you hooked on their rollercoaster of a journey until you find out the final choices they make
T. K. Lawyer's Nightfall is a captivating romance novel that delves into the complexities of love and vulnerability. The protagonist, Tamara, has had her share of heartbreak and decided to close herself off from romantic pursuits. Enter Josh, a character whose deep-seated desire for Tamara goes beyond a fleeting romance; he yearns for a lasting connection. His challenge lies in persuading Tamara that, together, they can forge a meaningful and enduring relationship. Set against this backdrop, Nightfall offers an enthralling narrative that keeps readers engaged and invested from the opening chapter.
The author's skillful blend of conventional romance tropes with the intriguing world of alpha males and werewolf myths results in a unique metaphorical exploration of life. This interplay between familiar romance dynamics and mythological elements is deftly handled, providing a fresh perspective on the genre. The novel's portrayal of intimacy is noteworthy. The author's ability to craft scenes that are both intense and tastefully executed contributes significantly to the narrative's appeal. The chemistry between Tamara and Josh is palpable, their mutual attraction and desire vividly conveyed.
Another commendable aspect is the depiction of healthy communication between the protagonists. Tamara and Josh don't shy away from confronting their issues, illustrating a mature approach to relationship dynamics that is often absent in romantic fiction. Their interactions show how a relationship can thrive on mutual understanding and problem-solving. The novel intriguingly teases its supernatural elements, offering glimpses into a world of fantasy that complement the romantic storyline. I feel this subtle approach may leave readers curious and eager for a deeper dive into these mystical aspects, particularly in the context of romantic fantasy.
Nightfall is a stirring and thoughtfully written novel that successfully merges romance with mythical undertones, creating a reading experience that is both enjoyable and emotionally resonant. The novel's nuanced approach to the supernatural elements serves to highlight its remarkable strengths in character development, relationship dynamics, and unique storytelling. These qualities ensure that the book remains a compelling and satisfying read for fans of the genre, showcasing the author's ability to balance various narrative aspects effectively.
I have to say this book was NOT what i expected when I first picked up the beauty to read. It was EVEN better. I'm very much familiar with shape shifter novels, werewolves, or paranormal romance.
From my experiences those type of books always have girl meets paranormal guy falls head over heels in love, in the end happy and not a lot of hardship
For Tamara and Josh not the case, When I was reading about scene where Tamara took Josh in not knowing he actually was a shapeshifter, I told myself boom their gonna be in love and be happy and some out side negativity. Often from my readings its always the girl love at first sight, but with Tamara that I dare say was a stubborn fire cracker. Nope! She was a tough built up cookie.
Instead it was Josh who fell completely head over tail for her. Literally. He was o kind and sweet and Tamara was basically against it all. I was yelling at the book at some scenes for Tamara to give Josh a chance. He was such a sweetie and only wanted to give her the world.
As further I read, I learned Tamara is a very relatable character. She had been truly hurt in her past and it was hard for her to allow herself to feel something again for someone let alone to trust and allow herself to be cared for.
Josh had chosen Tamara. But with the hurt and pain Tamara had felt in the past , Josh truly had to work thru to break those walls down to show he was the real deal. And his affections and intentions were true.
I really related to this romance and this novel. Truly did. This was my first by the amazing author and most certainly not my last, I wanted to jut keep on reading. The story was so beautifully done and Tamara and Josh's story is truly unlike any other.
I will be recommending this novel to all my friends. Its truly a a work of art of a well captivating story that is impossible to forget.
Oh jeez...where to begin with this review. First I have to say that I positively absolutely hated Tamara's character. I get being gun shy when it comes to relationships after being burned too many times. However, Tamara takes it just way too far and essentially sabotages her own chance of happiness when it comes to Josh. Her emotions run hot an cold throughout the entire book. By the end I honestly felt sorry for Josh having such a lousy mate. It's ironic because Tamara liked to believe she was a strong person, but she really isn't. Then by the end she's saying that she's an upfront kind of person...which is ironic considering she left Josh hanging without any form of communication for 2-3 days so she could come up with some kind of excuse for why her friend kissed her.
When it comes to Josh's character, honestly I felt the author just made him a wolf so she categorize this book as paranormal. Because once Josh shifts back to his human form and Tamara discovers that he is the stray she took in, the who shifting into a wolf things takes a backseat. There was also one glaring timeline issue that I normally wouldn't point out, however, it just aggravated me with this one because of how Tamara would use the little amount of time they've known each other as a reason to not move forward. At one point it's mentioned that they had essentially been living together for 4 almost 5 months...but then in the next chapter Josh is second guessing the speed of their relationship because they had only been together 2 months.
Tamara finds a dog/wolf and keeps him as a pet and names him Nightfall. Josh is a wolf shifter who is Nightfall and finds his mate. Is she willing to accept all of him? Will Tamara be able to embrace a new relationship because of past hurts?
This is supposed to be PNR but its not. Only indicator is Josh transforms into a wolf. That's it. Nothing else. This reads like a contemporary romance. Story moves really slow in my opinion. It's got good aspects. I liked the beginning of the book because it flowed pretty well and it was funny. Once he starts talking to her in her head kinda veered off. Slowed down a lot. There's not a lot of character development or that much to the story. Not like a typical PNR you normally read with a lot of detail. I liked Tamara and Josh but because of the separation I wasn't necessarily rooting for them to be together. Book just didn't draw me in enough. The writing wasn't consistent. For example, when she goes out on a date she meets her date Keith there but later she says he drove her there. I actually went back to make sure I read that right. She doesn't drink alcohol but has a drink at the club and feels the affects. So, yes there are a few inconsistent things in the writing. I don't like giving negative reviews and this wasn't that bad but I didn't care for it unfortunately. Just too many inconsistencies and not enough story although it was a novel size. I think the author spent too much time in one area and left out others which is why this didn't work for me.
An enjoyable and engaging paranormal, shifter romance with a twist. I was hooked from start to finish with this novel and felt immersed in Tamara and Josh’s world. Tamara has been burned by men before and is now against dating but she faintly remembers a man, Josh who she didn’t dare take a chance with and wishes she had. Meanwhile Josh, who is actually a wolf shifter is drawn to Tamara and her scent and when he realises that she is in fact his mate he will do anything to be near her, even become her pet. Tamara thinks the stray dog she took in is just her new pet, Nightfall, and could never imagine that he is in fact Josh. Josh soon wants to be more to Tamara than just her pet but is unsure how to get out of the crazy situation he’s in. He decides to convince her that he is the one for her. However, Tamara’s battered heart is preventing her from opening up to Josh and excepting a future with him and Josh knows that he risks her walking away from him for good. The authors descriptive narrative bought both the characters and the setting to life and I liked the twist on the shifter mate relationship, with Tamara thinking that Josh was her pet, Nightfall. The chemistry between Josh and Tamara came across in the story and I enjoyed how their relationship developed as they got to know each other. The storyline flowed well and the plot kept me happily turning the pages, keen to discover what would happen next.
This is the first book I've read by this author. Lawyer has found a new reader in me and I will be looking for others. Nightfall is such a great read.
Tamara finds, what she thinks is, a stray dog on her porch. Deciding to keep him as a pet and falls for the dog. She starts hearing a voice in her head that doesn't belong to her. The quote I chose for Tamara is: “Josh, this is Ruben. He’s a very good old friend of mine, we used to work together. Actually, all three of us did. Ruben, Vee, and me. I haven’t seen this man in a year. And it’s been what, six months since you stopped talking to me?”
Josh is Tamara's dog Nightfall, but he's not a dog. He's a wolf shifter. Tamara is his mate and now that he's found her he won't let her go. The jealous streak hits him like a freight train. The quote I chose for Josh is: “Today was absolutely miserable for me. I’m deeply in love with you, Tamara. You’re the one for me, the only one. Now that you’ve shared with me the reason you’ve been holding back, I can’t leave you—not until I give you a true chance to be with me. I know we’ll be happy together, because I’ll do anything to bring a smile to your face—anything Tamara.”
For Tamara, love has let her down, and she has walls built so high that no man can get to her. Men just never want to give all of themselves to her. It has taken her a long time to recover from the breakup with her fiance who said mean and hateful things to her upon their breakup.
Morning after morning, Tamara opens her front door to a dog sprawled out on her front porch. Finally deciding that the dog is a stray, she takes him to the vet to get checked out. The vet informs her that this dog is well-cared for and looks to be a wolf-mix. She loves animals so she decides she will take a chance. She gets his shots and takes the wolf home despite being a little afraid of the size of the animal.
Tamara names the dog, Nightfall. She falls in love with the wolf but refuses to give over her domain to such a large dog. Shortly after the wolf comes into her life, she starts receiving mysterious gifts from a guy that she wished has dated a long time ago.
Tamara suddenly finds herself face to face with an unimaginable situation. Can she let down her walls to let a man truly love and desire her?
After being hurt in the past, Tamara has closed off her heart to men and has built a solid wall around it to make sure no man can get in and hurt her again. But that doesn't mean she can't have a pet. When she finds a dog sleeping on her porch more than a couple of times, she decides to take it in. However...this dog is anything but a normal pet.
Josh knows that he and Tamara are meant to be...but he can't get find a way into her life to make sure she knows it to. So when Tamara takes in his wolf as a pet...he needs to find a way to change that...stat! When he starts making himself known to Tamara, he does whatever it will take to make him see that they are fated mates. But will Tamara let her guard down?
I enjoyed this story. I'm s sucker for a good wolf - paranormal romance. There were times I found myself frustrated with Tamara because she held on to her past hurt so tight that she couldn't see past it. But I admire Josh's persistence and loyalty. This was a good book that I enjoyed reading!
This was an interesting shifter/human romance and the first book from TK Lawyer I have read.
The good: I absolutely love how flawed her characters are. They get mad, jealous, and have insecurities that don't just magically disappear once they say "I love you". They have trauma and fears that hold them back and provide obstacles they struggle to overcome. Her descriptions are realistic and her spicy scenes are classy and hot.
The different: (slight spoiler alert) The first half of the book was mildly uncomfortable to me as the main character was bonding a bit too closely with the dog for my personal tastes. She acknowledged it was wrong but it still made me feel awkward reading her reactions to the dog showing affection. I'm aware it's a mate bond, but human to animal physical connections don't do it for me. Once he revealed his true self the book really took off and was great.
Overall it was a good read as Lawyer has a great imagination and a wonderful way with words.
After deciding to keep the stray dog that visits her home nightly, Tamara begins to discover that Nightfall is not all he seems. For starters, he can speak to her telepathically, and is inordinately concerned with her safety, protecting her from all threats, real and imagined. As time goes on, she starts to feel that he has more than platonic love in mind. While she reels from this new development, she slowly becomes aware that he is not any ordinary dog/wolf... he is a shapeshifter whose male form is quite delectable. Can she overcome her fear of getting hurt for the reward of a powerful mate?
I liked that this book was easy to read and get invested in. Tamara and Josh are interesting well-rounded characters, and the book has some very steamy overtures. I found the emotional drama to be a bit melodramatic for my tastes, but the plot was well done and likely very accessible for romance readers. All in all, a nice escape for an otherwise routine weekday night.
I enjoyed this book. This is an author that I never hesitate to pick up. Her stories pull you in from the beginning. Her writing skills and attention to details make the story engaging and gives it a realistic feel. This book is no different. I enjoyed being pulled in from the beginning. The characters are connectable and truly bring the story to life on each page. They are strong paranormal characters that made the story fun and entertaining to read. This is a story about Tamara who thinks she is done with men and dating and also has a past that seems to keep coming to the present and his name is Josh. He is determined to have her but is her heart to broken? Will he convince her that he is everything she needs? I enjoyed the growth throughout the story which kept me turning pages. I really enjoyed this book and highly recommend it.
Nightfall by TK Lawyer. This is a really good paranormal romance. Its the story of Tamara who find a stray dog (who is really a wolf) and adopts it. The "Dog's" name is Nightfall and he doesn't plan on staying Tamara's pet. He is there because he knows he is meant to be Tamara's mate. Tamara has had some really bad relationship's so she's not in the market for a boyfriend but there is something about Josh that keeps pulling her toward him. Josh is going to be close to Tamara no matter what it takes and eventually he shape shifts his way into her heart. Tamara has been beat down by others to the point of not wanting to ever open her heart again but Josh somehow manages to get her to let him in. When they connect sparks fly and they both find true happiness but will it last? Read Nightfall to find out!
I really enjoyed this paranormal romance. I loved the fiesta attitude of Josh (Nightfall) and the character of Tamara. This book is a unique twist on a romance between shifter and a human in that the human meets the shifter in their animal state. In the case a wolf.
When a wolf/dog turns up on Tamara's doorstep she takes it in and give him a home. Naming him Nightfall she loves him and treats him as her trusted pet. However there is more to Nightfall than meets the eye and being a pet is the last thing he wants to be to Tamara.
Nightfall is actually a shifter called Josh. He knows Tamara is his fated mate and he needs to be near her and make her see that. However with Tamara's past making it difficult for her to trust and accept love how can he prove to her his intentions and love are real. Especially when he starts life with her one a lie as her pet.
Tamara has caught the nose of a wolf, but the eye if his human form named Josh. She isn't up for a relationship since her fiance left her. When a stray dog continuously shows up on her doorstep she decides to take him in. Unbeknownst to her he is not a regular dog. Josh, or Nightfall as Tamara has named him, has other plans to make Tamara fall in love with him. He wants to be more than just her pet, but he must find the right time to reveal the truth. Will Tamara stick around once the truth comes out or will she freak out and run away? Will she be willing to open her heart and love again?
This was an alright read. I have read many shifter/werewolf books and this one was different than what I am used to.
This was a new author to me, but that I have heard good things about. The cover of this made me think of Jacob Black from the Twilight series so I figured that I would like it. And I wasn’t disappointed. I found myself pulled in from the very beginning of the book and couldn’t put it down. The author did an amazing job with her attention to details in both the characters and the stories. I felt like I was watching this happen before my own eyes. Those are the books that I really like. The way she was writing about the characters made me feel as though I knew them personally. Or at least wanted to. It truly is a great read and I do highly recommend it. Especially if you are into the paranormal genre that leaves you crying, laughing, and just wanting to live their lives.
