“There was no better feeling in the world than knowing you were driving a man wild.”

This book was just a genuinely fun time. It had a bit of angst sprinkled in, but overall it was low-stakes, easy to read, and the kind of story you just go along for the ride with, plus enough spice to keep things interesting.

“If the world goes dark like the sun’s blown a fuse, I’ll still be yours… You’re my forever muse.”

One of my favorite moments was the very first interaction between Roxie and the full band. It was so wildly chaotic and based on such a justified assumption that I was genuinely laughing; it almost made me drop my Kindle. That tone carried through a lot of the book and made it an entertaining read from start to finish.

“But with Roxie? I wanted to throw caution to the wind and dive right in.”

I also really liked the MMCs (Riot, Cash, and Milo) more than I expected to. At first glance, I thought they might lean more into surface-level archetypes, but each of them ended up having more depth, especially as their individual traumas were revealed. I liked that Roxie played a role in getting them to open up, and it added a bit more emotional substance to the story. The progression of their relationships was another pleasant surprise. Given the overall vibe going in, I expected things to feel more rushed or purely physical, but the development actually felt more natural than anticipated, which made it easier to stay invested.

“And in that moment, I knew this was what I wanted. For now, for the short term, and for the long term. Them. All three of them.”

Violet, though, was where I had the most mixed feelings. On one hand, I really appreciated that there was no jealousy or animosity between her and Roxie. She genuinely felt like a “girl’s girl,” and I loved that she encouraged Roxie rather than creating unnecessary tension. On the other hand, her involvement in the group’s relationship felt a bit off to me. Considering her history with the guys, the level of meddling came across as strange and slightly uncomfortable, even if her intentions weren’t bad.

Muse for the Rockstars is a Reverse Harem Rockstar Romance. This is Riot, Roxie, Cash and Milo's story!
This story starts with Roxie and her best friend at a concert waiting to see their favorite band Rainknife when the opening band "Midnight Cherry" starts playing and Roxie is instant captivated not just by the music but by the band members. She isn't the only one though because the moment Riot (lead singer) sees her he physically can't take his eyes off of her. Riot is suddenly inspired to write again just from looking at her. He invites her back stage and asks her to go on tour with the band and be their muse which at first she declines but her best friend talks her into going considering she can work from anywhere. She then says yes under the condition that she is not a groupie and gets to do the graphic design for the tour and they agree. The more time she spends with them the more she learns that the band is so different from what she expected they would be like, you got the lead singer, Riot who is quiet and mysterious and who keeps to himself when he is writing , you got Cash who is the bassist who loves to read, and you got Milo who is the drummer and the goofball of the group (there is also Vi who is the last bandmate but she isn't part of the harem). Roxie assumed they were like every other rockstar who liked to go out and party every night but that couldn't be further from the truth. They were so down to earth and just liked to hang out and chill with each other. I really liked that Roxie had actual one on one time and conversations with each of the band members and was able to form a bond with them and not just sleep together right away. They became friends to lovers which I really enjoyed. You also get to learn about their backstory, their families, their homelife and it forms an even deeper connection between all of them. Their love is sweet yet spicy and the way they care for one another is so wonderful to read.
If you love a book with spice, yearning, laughs, friendship, formed family, and obsessed men then this is the story for you! This was such a great read!

This was a 3⭐️for me with maybe a 2🌶️ for a RH

The book delivers on what it promises as we follow Roxie, who the band saw from the stage at a performance and invited her to go on tour with them in the first 2 chapters as their muse. Roxie reluctantly goes on tour after her friend encourages her and it followed along how she started her relationship with each of the guys.

I liked the story but really struggled to connect with the characters. We got to know a little about the individual guys and their stories but it felt really superficial. The points were touched on but didn’t contribute much to the story so it felt like they weren’t necessary.

Without how little plot there was, just a lot of filler about what city they were playing in, I expected more relationship building or spice but somehow both were lacking. I felt the best relationship building was between Roxie and Cash who bonded over reading and discussing the books. It felt like Riot was the main guy in the relationship, he got the most page time and angst, while Milo felt like he was there to add a third.

A big ick for me and probably deducted a star was Violet having had the same relationship with the MMC’s in the past. I really didn’t like a previous partner being around and how often it was mentioned they’d done this with her. It also kind of bothered me she was telling Roxie things she could do with the guys, like anal or DP then telling the MMC’s about those conversations. She was nice and friendly but it just didn’t work for me personally. Not OW drama but uncomfortable to read for me.

In general the book was fine for a shorter RH but felt very surface level for what could have been.

Roxie was Cherry Midnight's muse but also more. So. Much. More. For months, she was a quiet strength amongst them. Relaxed. Easy to get along with. Inquisitive about each member of the band both individually as well as together in their group dynamic. Sure they were attracted to her physically from night one, but she also became their friend.  Then like dominoes, they were each able to explore their physical attraction on a more intimate level and they were hooked.

Joining their tour last minute was a spontaneous decision. Riot said that Roxie was his muse and that he needed her with them throughout the tour. Without her, his creativity was dried up. Deeply attracted to Riot, she jumped at the chance to know him better. As weeks went on and she got to know each man individually, she felt a deep need pulling her towards not only Riot, but Cash and Milo as well. As their interest in each other ignites, Roxie can't help but worry  that the connection is only physical for the guys.  What happens after the tour is over? Will they all continue to see each other or will that be the end of their time together?  Being their muse could be a fleeting thing....

This story was wildly entertaining, spicy and the characters are all likeable and loveable each in their own way. I couldn't help getting pulled into the storyline, unable to put the book down. I didn't just want these four to find their HEA, but I NEEDED them to. I was invested in their success, hook, line and sinker.

A definitely must read this spring! A+++.

This reverse harem/why choose romance centers around Roxie a concert goer who sees Midnight Cherry perform and there is instant connection between her and the lead singer Riot. The rest of the band consists of Cash, bass guitar, Milo, drums and Violet, keyboards. Relationships slowly, but realistically for close proximity on a tour bus builds between Roxie and the band during their first headlining three month concert tour across North America. Attraction and passion is shared by Roxie, Riot, Cash and Milo. Violet gets along well with Roxie. She appreciates Roxie presence, but they don't engage in any intimacy. All of these characters have very different personalities and they are likable.

As I read about their diversified backgrounds, experiences and how the band came to be, I was surprised by how emotional I got. There is laughter and tears in this hot and spicy rock star romance that will also make you blush with their desires. Entertaining and a beautiful happy ending.

Highly entertaining story I'd enjoyed reading. This rock band harem romance story was well written and captured me. Loved our guys, Riot the head singer, Cash the bass player, and Milo the drummer in the band Cherry Midnight. Roxie with her friend Meghan go to a concert to see Rainknife a band that they followed since high school. The opening band comes out and plays which draws them in. Roxie gets transfixed by the lead singer who after his gig invites her backstage to meet him. What occurs afterward as Roxie meets the band and discovers Riot wants her to go on tour with them as his muse was an enjoyable copy I'd received and volunteer to read and review. I'd enjoyed reading their background stories and about their travels on their first headline tour. Will it bring the success they dream about?

I picked this up wanting something fun and easy, and accidentally sacrificed sleep for it.

A why choose + rock band romance? Honestly, it had me from the start. Roxie getting pulled into life on tour with Riot, Cash, and Milo was just so addictive to read. Each of the guys brought something different, and I loved that they were all genuinely likeable (no skippable POVs here).

It’s fun, a bit chaotic in the best way, and has that “just one more chapter” energy that suddenly turns into 2am.

Cassie Cole is one of my go-to authors when I don’t know what to read next, and this is exactly why, easy to get into, entertaining, and properly bingeable.

If you love rock star vibes, found family feels, and a why choose where you don’t have to pick - you’ll fly through this one.

If you are looking for an all access backstage pass for an upcoming band, this story is for you. Meet Midnight Cherry, they just finished being the opening act, now it is time to tour as the main event. Riot, the front man, has found a new muse and invited her to tour with them. Three months with a stranger on tour bus, what could go wrong or very right? Roxie agrees to the tour and the adventure begins. This is a three month road trip that contains it all with five amazing characters that each have their own quirks and bring their own special sauce to the story. Enjoy!.

Roxie's story had me hooked from the start when she goes yo a concert with her best friend to see her favourite band however she is memorised by the warm up band's lead singer Riot.
When she gets invited back stage to meet the band the last thing she expected was to be invited on their tour as Riot's muse &finds herself taking a chance on life by accepting.
Along the way she finds herself giving into the attraction & sexual chemistry between Riot, Cash & Milo.
Its a great story that you can't stop reading although I did think it ended quite fast.

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.

In this book we meet Roxie, Riot, Cash & Milo. Roxie was just going out with a girlfriend to a concert. The thing she didn't plan on was the opening act. One look at Riot and she knows she wants more. Riot, Cash & Milo know from one look that they have found a woman that they know they want to know more about. The thing is they need to get past Roxie's hangups from her past about finding someone who can accept all of her. Can they all find a HEA or will they have a night to remember but nothing more?

Another amazing story by this author. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Muse For The Rockstars by Cassi Cole was an incredibly genius creation. I mean, it was so flipping good. I could not put it down. Once I started, I had to read through to the end coz I just had to know how it all played out, and let me tell you, it was a masterpiece!

Everything from the characters, storyline, plot to steam, it was all done to perfection. Ms. Cole has truly outdone herself, and I'm not ashamed to admit this book owned me while reading it. I will most definitely read again, and I will also very much recommend it to anyone and everyone!! Five stars all the way!!

I really enjoyed reading this book about Roxie and the guys and Vi from Cherry Midnight rock group. Roxie and her friend go to a rock concert and meet the band Cherry Midnight when they are the starter band, Riot, the lead singer notices Roxie and invites her to join them as his muse. What started off as a simple request, turns into a chance in a lifetime. Join Riot, Chase and Milo for their journey to a HEA.

Finding adventure and love on a tour bus

Muse for the Rock Stars is another hot and steamy RH romance by an author that always delivers just what you want and need. This rock star romance is about Roxie, Cash, Milo and Riot. The story takes you on a journey that is deeper than just the passion and chemistry between the characters. Instead you discover all of the characters as Roxie peels back each man to see what is really underneath. Of course there is a lot of smoking hot and passionate fun along the way.

Disappointing Lackluster Effort

Used to love Cassie Cole, but this was lazy and grossly uninformed look at up and coming headliner. There’s no tour manager, bass player drives the tour bus that the band had to rent, the equipment van. enough said, no meet & greets or podcast or radio shows, how are you supposed to take any of this seriously. Sloppy plot changes.
On the plus side the character have some depth, FMC isn’t a wilting mess, and no cheating, lying, or bullying. Shame, this didn’t live up to its potential

Oh wow that's hot! So freaking hot! I loved this book. Yes obviously there is amazing sexual times in this. But there is still a lot more to the book that just that. I love Roxie! She's so smart and such a sarcastic fun loving woman. But she also has her insecurities, the same as all woman do. I love how she works through everything with either her friend back home or Violet. And that for the most part she's very open and communicative.

Yummmmm.

I just love the way Cassie’s books come together with everything fitting just right. Puns 💯 intended.

In my opinion, this doesn’t top Neighbors with Benefits, but it definitely ranks up there.

But, also? I WANNA KNOW WHY RIOT WAS SO… uncommunicative? wtf was he doing over turkey times?

It’s a steamy read, and takes place entirely within the span of a year.

While I prefer the HEAs to last years, this was a hot and fast burn. Definitely on my will read again list!
