After the thrill of being shared with another man and my boyfriend, I didn’t think I could possibly feel so pleased ever again. But then I learned that the local firehouse was having a photo shoot for its annual calendar, and my curiosity piqued once again.
If two men could bring me such rapture, what could twelve men do?
I just had to find out. I had to know what it would be like to get used by so many hot, buff firefighters in front of my boyfriend.
Contrary to my traditional beliefs on relationships, I love how absolutely wild this whole series is (not just this one book) and how it starts and ends with a bang in many forms. I had no favorite characters, but I'd be wishing I were in Sarah's place if I was surrounded by all my fictional crushes. The characters all felt like offshoots of the same person with different voices, and none of them felt at all real, but I don't think realistic characters in this reverse harem romance novella were the things to focus on. Much as I would've preferred variations to the male units which could have been described in more detail (like a tattooed male unit or one with a curve that hits the spot or another with a piercing, etc.), I still liked this book somehow, ha-ha! I don't think I need to describe what I felt when reading this novella because it's easy to make a guess, but it had me wishing my family was out of the house for adult reasons I will not describe! Corny as this might sound, I enjoyed the whole book in lieu of declaring one favorite scene. I think reverse harem romances are so far from my reality that I enjoy them all as the ridiculous, kinky-to-the-max fictions they are... and I absolutely love the Naughty Menage series because no matter how twisted and unbelievable the acts are to me, I can still enjoy the novellas without ever cheating on the man I'm dating. There were no scenes that left a huge impact on me, but there were plenty of scenes that were memorable bangs, if I do say so myself! This book didn't make me laugh or cry, but it did inspire me to write my own reverse harem romance novel with a bit more plot than this. I won’t give details, but I want to write something so far from my personal beliefs on traditional relationships that no one would believe I wrote such a book when they see me and my future husband together. This all-smut-light-plot dark romance novella is most definitely a page-turner to readers who enjoy reverse harem romance themes, or who appreciate short stories, or fictional tales that get you hot and happy within five minutes of opening the eBook on your Kindle. The only thing I truly disliked about this book was the length. It's only thirty pages, but I would've appreciated a longer story with more smutty acts that aren't even in the Kama Sutra. That would be difficult to contemplate for any length of time, but it could be naughtily fun! There wasn’t a cliffhanger ending, but I don't think it would be too hard to convince me to buy and read the next and final book in this series. The book was too quick to truly appreciate the characters for deep personalities, if any of them even had one, but I highly doubt the care for characters and their deep feelings and intimate thoughts were the first things Kenzie Haven thought of when writing this smutty novella. If I were in Kenzie Haven's shoes and wrote the Naughty Menage series, the only thing I would consider changing is the length of the books. I'd want them as long as the firemen's steely rods (please don’t mind the pun) and smutty as ever! I'd have to give this novella a solid 4/5 stars rating and recommend it to readers who're looking for a plot-light-all-smut reverse harem romance series which really gets us all hot and happy, if only for a short but satisfying time. If you're not into fictions where one girl has several partners in one night, or who's the type of person to completely reject open relationship stories, avoid this... but if you're a twisted romance reader like me who absolutely loves fictional stories far beyond any sort of normal reality, then read this three-novella saga right now!
This is book 2 of the Naughty Menage series. Sarah and Michael have decided to continue their group sex adventures. This time with Luke and his friend's from the fire station.
This book was similar to the first book it's quick and to the point. There's no plot development we still don't know what their reasoning for wanting to have group sex is. They just want Sarah to get freaky with a bunch of guys while Michael watches because it makes them hot. I like it for what it is: smut. But there's no real story.
I would recommend this book if you like hot group sex with some sexy firemen but if you're looking for plot and story it's very thin. A good read for what it is a sexy quick short.
If you want a really short story to read within a couple of minutes, this is a good choice. Enough smut to keep you happy but not cheesy to put you off, like some other firefighter tropes have done to me.
