Addy Portwood and her sister Paige are going hiking at the Duhring Park Hiking Trails. Paige has hired a hiking guide. One the way there, Addy gets a voicemail from her ex-boyfriend, Connor. She caught him cheating. Connor’s dad was Addy’s boss, so when she broke up with Connor, she lost her job too.

Danny Foster is the hot mountain man hired by Paige to be their guide. He is instantly attracted to Addy. They have a moment at the look out point on the mountain. They plan to meet for dinner.

Get ready because Danny is going to become your new favorite mountain man and HOLY HOTNESS the sex scenes between him and Addy are on FIRE. I will say Addy's ex Connor sounds like a total jerk, but once she meets Danny, she is way better off in more ways than one. I actually laughed out loud when Danny talks to Connor while he's having sex with Addy. This is a must read 5-star romance book that will put a huge smile on your face the entire time you are reading this book.

A short and sweet read that really surprised me! The romance leans heavily into insta-love—almost to the extreme—but going in with that expectation made it work perfectly. Despite its length, the story felt well-paced and satisfying. I especially enjoyed Paige (Addy’s sister); she seems like a lot of fun.

This was my first time reading this author, and it definitely won’t be my last. If her other books capture the same fun, fast-paced charm, I’m excited to dive into more.

This is an insta-instalove romance. Danny an Addy literally hit it off from the moment they first met! It was a quick read, and went “from 0 to 100” in about a second, but I actually enjoyed it. It’s sweet and I loved the epilogue.

This was a fast paced read. Less than an hour. I loved the bossy sister Paige pushing her sister Addy to have a little fun with no strings attached. Paige decided to take Addy hiking with rhe sexy guide, Danny. As soon as Danny walks in the reading room he is in love with Addy. He just had to convince her its the right move.
