Corrupt Men Getting Their Comeuppance? Say Less 👏

Brenna and Ahmet made such a good duo, but let’s be real… Brenna was absolutely carrying them 😂 I really liked Ahmet though, which is why I wish we’d gotten MORE from him. I wanted more of his character, more backstory, just… more Ahmet please!

I really enjoyed the whole concept of Keep Watching, especially once everything started coming together. And Rachel & Tanya?! Watching the witnesses play their part in bringing down corrupt men in the government was genuinely the cherry on top for me. There’s just something incredibly satisfying about powerful men thinking they can get away with everything and then watching it all come crashing down around them.

It had the mystery, corruption and twists to keep me interested, and Brenna was definitely the standout character for me. Give Ahmet a bit more page time and this could've been even better!

In many ways, this was an excellent story. It certainly lived up to the headline and kept me glued to the pages for several hours. Of course, the extreme heat played a part too. Did I believe it could happen here in the UK? Of course. Were there a few occasions when you had to suspend belief? Of course. Will it make a good TV series? Probably.

Aside from the rather enormous gap between what is actually technologically possible and what was written in the book, this was a fun book. Good action. Likable characters. A little unbelievable in their action but entertaining

I liked this up to and until it didn't end. As I've expressed several times before, I DO NOT LIKE a book that requires reading the next in series to find out how the first one ended!!! What could have been a 4* read fell to a 3-.

Gripping book

Loved Brenna and the writing style. Got quickly into the story and story line, my only complaint might be that it could be longer.
