USA Today Bestselling author Elle Thorpe is the author of over thirty romance titles, including Amazon top ten books, Start a War and Locked Up Liars. She is best known for her dark reverse harems, and sexy small town romances.
When she's not writing, she's probably out on her family's alpaca farm in rural Australia.
The action picks up right where the second book cliffhanger left us and doesn't really let up. It was good to be back with Nyah, Dax, Lynx and Luca and knowing it is the third book and there will be a HEA. Yay! No cliffhanger!
I was hooked from the start, and my attention was held throughout. Twists and turns were thrown their way. I love how all four of them came together as a team to get through everything. Dax, Lynx and Luca were the men she loved, and they all returned her love.
This book (and trilogy) has it all -- emotion, action, high spice between all four of them.
I loved being back with the Saint View characters (We even got X, who is steals every scene he is in.)
Thank you to the author for an advanced readers copy. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
The series was an absolute rollercoaster of emotions from start to finish and I absolutely loved every single moment of it.
Nyah, Dax, Luca and Lynx have come a long way since book one and now the final book of their trilogy is here and it was well worth the wait.
Book 3 picks up where book 2 leaves off where Nyah is at the mercy of Luca’s uncle Enzo Guerra and oh did I mention she is in active labour? Yes the baby most certainly picked the perfect time to make its appearance into the world. My heart broke for Nyah as while you cannot predict when labour will occur because it’s the joys of life, she at least thought she would be surrounded by those she loved and now in a basement with the assistance of a stranger she is bringing this baby into the world. The happiness was short lived as now Enzo sees an opportunity to remain on top and thus takes Nyah’s baby.
On the other hand we have Dax, Luca and Lynx who were all taken at the end of book 2 and are now fighting their way back to get to Nyah and if you aren’t aware of this from the last two books these men will not stop at nothing until they have their woman back and when they realise their child is now missing well it is all out war.
Our characters really came together to support one another and they figured out they will go forward as a poly couple as I know their was some teething processes in the earlier books. It was clear that Nyah, Luca, Dax and Lynx all cared for each other and they were determined to make it work.
The finale had a few twists and turns I was not prepared for but I was glad my questions were finally answered. Overall I absolutely loved Nyah, Luca, Dax and Lynx’s journey. I am quite sad to be saying goodbye but I have no doubt that I will see them in another saint view story in the near future.
Thank you to the author who provided this e-arc for my honest thoughts 💭
“Team Owner ’Back from the Dead’ Reveals He’s Raising a Child with Coach, Tattoo Artist, and Mafia Princess.”
“Shonda wouldn’t let us down.” 🤣🤣😭 yess, girl, she’d never let us down.
Oh. I should’ve known we wouldn’t know peace the first few chapters of the third book.
The fact that i spent 3+ books absolutely disposing Luca & Elle comes back with the Blood & Ink series & suddenly I’m ready to die for this man is such a testament to the writer she is. Luca’s character development has to be the best in all the series (you’re still my boy, Augie 🥹🤣).
I say this every review, but i LOVE seeing old characters again. Saint View is my home & all its people, my family.
Me at every Enzo chapter “cool. So anyways, when does he die?” 🔪
I am stressed. I am so stressed. You can’t trust anyone. Why doesn’t anyone ever remember that? I want to shake everyone. If i don’t break my kindle by the time i finish this book, it will be a miracle.
The end of this trilogy is fucking painful. The way they all fought for their happily ever after & won? Their ending is so deserved. ❤️❤️❤️
Diary from an Inked Throne by Elle Thorpe—the explosive final installment in the Saint View Blood and Ink trilogy—delivers a wildly emotional, high-stakes conclusion to a dark romance series that leaves readers completely breathless. (Please note that this review contains spoilers for the first two books in the series, which must be read in order starting with Diary of a Mafia Princess, and deals with dark themes that require readers to check content warnings.)
The story kicks off with a wedding disaster unlike any other: when the groom takes a bullet to the chest at the altar, the ceremony doesn't end. Instead, a gun is held to the heroine's head, forcing her into a new marriage as a Guerra bride while her newborn son is immediately ripped from her arms and stolen away in the night, leaving her for dead. But just when all hope seems lost, the three men she thought she had lost re-emerge from the shadows with a single, unshakeable vow: they will find their baby no matter what it takes.
Bringing their child home, however, is only the beginning. With enemies closing in from all sides, old and dangerous secrets coming to light, and debts that can only be repaid in blood, Nyla and her men must fight tooth and nail. Nyla steps into her ultimate power as a true, badass queen—her strength, determination, and sheer resilience driving the narrative as she shifts from a victim of circumstance into an unstoppable force who will leave no one standing between her and her inked throne.
As an intense, true why-choose romance, the dynamic between Nyla and her men shines brighter than ever. Working overtime to complete their family and secure peace, the quartet delivers scorching chemistry and higher-tier steam than previous installments while maintaining deep emotional resonance. Dax brings his signature boyish charm and sexy-as-sin demeanor, Luca leans into his bad-boy energy with a fierce willingness to burn the world down for Nyla, and Lynx offers a irresistible combination of muscle, sweetness, and devotion, making it utterly impossible to choose a favorite among them.
Elle Thorpe weaves an absolute masterclass of an emotional rollercoaster, effortlessly cycling through moments that bring readers to tears, have them yelling at the pages, and leave them swooning and blushing in equal measure. Captivating, action-packed, and emotionally wrecking in the best way possible, Diary from an Inked Throne is a pitch-perfect conclusion that proves why the Saint View world holds readers in an absolute chokehold from start to finish.

And no surprise, Elle Thorpe took us on a wild ride of intense violence along with heart melting romance.
Book 3 picks up right where book 2 left off and the roller coaster of emotions begins. Luca’s redemption arc is completed, and the structure of the Blood & Ink crew solidifies. Spoiler: by the end of this book, Carlos Guerra, Enzo Guerra, Jeremiah Matish, and MacGregor are all dead. Not since Caleb took his concrete shower in Rebel’s trilogy have I been wishing for characters to be killed off.
The revelation of Virginia’s killer is a twist I did not see coming, brilliantly tying up all loose ends, and setting up the foursome of Nyah, Luca, Lynx, and Dax. Visits from other foursomes, X providing his brand of chaotic humor, and our cherished guest star Liam.
The narrative is a strong mix of action and character development. Dialog is dynamic, contributing well to the overall story. The spice is hot and carries the narrative well. In short, this worked on all levels.
I recommend this series, but if you’re new, you must read books 1 & 2 first, or nothing will make sense. Happy reading! ***************************** Ratings:

Saint View Blood and Ink is the final book in the trilogy and the little ‘dedication’ at the beginning had me in stitches, so funny. I jumped right in; I mean I would have anyway but perhaps not laughing as much.
This book continues from where book two concludes and it is filled with excitement. The action is practically non-stop from beginning to end. As is typical of this outstanding author, there were some fabulous twists in the storyline, with lots of surprises.
I realise that, as the final book, the three male lead characters were bound to become closer and more accepting of each other, especially Dax. This started in book two but it is solidly cemented early in this book and with Nyah, who glows as she tackles issues with determination, they make a formidable team. While this is great for their relationship it is imperative for them to do everything they need to do so everyone is safe and together. (No spoilers here 🤫)
This book brings out the supercharged passion the four lead characters incite when together. 🥵🪭 Talk about steamy! Be prepared once again to ride that emotional hurdy-gurdy but know that it is worth every turn. The ending is 🙌 that left a bright smile on my face.
My only complaint is that I’ve finished the book. I might need to go back to the beginning and reread the previous trilogies while I wait for next year, seeing as I very rarely ever reread books; this says a lot.

This was one of those books where I couldn't decide if I wanted to devour it or savour it. In the end, I did both!
As a mum, the beginning was hard to read, regardless that I knew it'd get better soon. After that the chapters flew by and I had to make myself slow down in the last few to savour what was left of a great series! It's definitely making the top 3 of the St View series for me.
Book 3 pick up a few seconds after the end of Biker Queen and from then, the action keeps rolling. Retribution is a cold hearted pain in the proverbial and the villains in this book do get what they've earned. Even the ones that were nearly forgotten. I enjoyed the plot twists and unexpected confessions and changes of minds!
I loved the dynamics, the growth and the love Nyah, Dax, Lynx and Luca share is this book. They've grown, they've healed, they've changed and they're so much stronger for it. There are a few little plot twists in there that I didn't expect and were awesome to see develop. Honestly my only complaint about this book was that I'd have loved to spend more time with our little family between the end of their troubles and the end of the book. You know, the honeymoon and new dynamics phase (IYKYK)
It's the first time in a little while that we don't get a clear idea of who's at the heart of the next St View series and I have to admit that my brain ran off with every secondary character!
I can't wait for the audiobook book to be released, some of these scenes would be absolutely awesome in narration!
Diary from an Inked Throne is the 3rd and final book in the Saint View Blood and Ink trilogy by Elle Thorpe. This book starts off where book 2 ended, and we get to see what happens to Nyah, Luca, Lynx, and Dax, among other characters. This 3rd book concludes their story, however as with all the Saint View universe, it leaves the world open to more from other characters.
The story itself was fantastic, and everything that I've come to love about this author. There were surprises, tears, laughs, murders, violence, plot twists that I did not see coming, and of course a heavy dose of spicy content involving all of the main characters. Readers of this author will also notice a change to her normal recipe for spicy times towards the end of the book, in what I feel is a interesting yet good way.
This series as a whole was fantastic. The author changed things up in ways that made me need to keep reading and the surprise reveals definitely got to me this time around. My heart broke with Nyah, however it also healed with her and her men. The Saint View Blood and Ink trilogy was not only well done, but absolutely stands out among the stories of this world in so many ways.
As always, this story contains multiple triggers as well as adult themes, so readers should be 18+ and consult the authors site for a list of triggers.
I received an ARC of this book from the authors team as a benefit of being a member of her Street Team, however the opinions expressed in this review are my own fair and honest insights.
Another amazing Saint View trilogy! This third book picked up right where book two ended, no warning, straight into the chaos. And exactly how I love it! We have Nyah finally discovering a side of herself she never expected, Luca trying to redeem himself from his past every step of the way, Lynx ready to face his demons for the people he loved, and Dax putting it all behind him to focus on his new beautiful family, all that with a newborn and another on the way. Beautiful chaos, Saint View style, just like I love it! Also, I absolutely loved the Dax and Luca development; it was not something I was expecting at all, but it made the book even more interesting and the group’s relationship even better. As usual for Elle’s stories, this third book was filled with twists, chaos, spice, and an epic ending! I loved everything about this trilogy, and I’m excited to see what more we’ll get from this world. I hope we get to see more of the Vipers out there; a Saint View hockey romance would be absolutely amazing to read!!
- MMMF - Dark Mafia Romance - Why Choose - MMCs: Bodyguard x Mafia prince x tattoo artist/fighter - Secret Pregnancy - Arranged Marriage - Forced proximity - Murder Suspense
Dear Diary, The blood of the covenant is definitely thicker that the water of the womb in this series! This is by far one of my favorite uses of the pregnancy trope.
I'm usually a pretty good detective when figuring out who the murderer is but every person I encountered had motive. Sure enough, everyone walked away with blood on their hands. The theme of found family and loyalty is heavy in this book as everyone is out looking for the baby. There is a character from each trilogy (except Saint View High) that helps in someway. It feels like a culmination of the Saint View world.
With that said, I feel like I didn't get an in depth view of the different relationships within the foursome as I typically get from the previous trilogies. It felt I was told more than shown. We didn't need one for Dax and Nyah since that was already established in the Murder Squad trilogy, but Dax and Luca especially needed at least one scene from the cage showing their vulnerability. I'm not too hung up on it based on the decisions that were made to still hit those moments. I mean this book was jammed packed with events; something had to give.
Overall, this was a very satisfying ending to the trilogy! Everyone had closure in some form and I was even surprised by how certain events unfolded. It's no joke that Elle Thorpe is the queen of tropes and I was excited to see another glimpse into Saint View Hockey. I hope that we see more of them in the future!
I could not wait to read the end of Nyah's story. Luca, Lynx and Dax couldn't be more incredible! I was all-in and reminding myself to breathe as I read!
Elle Thorpe brought it ALL to this beautiful story. The tension and suspense was off-the-charts from the start and didn't really let up much until the end. I loved all the emotion and empathy these characters had and shared with each other. The bad times were VERY BAD and had me on the edge of my seat with tears in my eyes as I turned the pages. The good times were overwhelming, exhilarating and made me cry out with joy! I swear I may have even stopped and clapped at times!!
This entire series, including this EPIC ending is such a dynamic, captivating story that I defy anyone to read it and not be moved. The characters are alive and jump off the pages into your head. The action is non-stop from start to finish. The emotion flows like a river throughout this story. The steam level at times is way beyond a 10 and will make you swoon. It just doesn't get any better than this! It's a beautiful, effortless read that you'll breeze through never wanting it to end. Elle Thorpe is a masterful writer. Just when I think she can't outdo her last book, she does! I'm just totally captivated and delirious with love for this Series. Run, don't walk, and 1-click your copy!
I absolutely loved how this series ended! I’m so happy we got all the loose ends tied up with all of our guys. 😂 Nyah deserved her happy ending SO much after everything she’s been through and the guys made it so easy to love every single one of them. They definitely gave all the touch her and die vibes and I loved every second. I also loved seeing them come together and build a real family full of love for each other. I’m beyond glad to see Enzo and Carlos gone because it means everyone can finally be free from them. Luca’s redemption arc was so good (best one in my opinion) and I’m glad we got to see him find the love he deserved. Lynx is an absolute sweetheart and seeing him find his place in the world with a family who loves him was so special. And Dax deserved every bit of happiness after everything he’s lost and been through especially after losing his mom (hit me hard, losing a parent is awful). It was so good to see them all finally have a family full of constant love and support they all needed from eachother. I couldn’t have asked for a better ending for these characters and I can’t wait to see what Elle has in store next but I do hope we get to see more of Nyah, Dax, Luca, and Lynx!
I just finished this series and it was so great! I want to say that when I first started the series I went in already loving Dax, curious about Lynx but I was the most interested in Luca because I knew Elle was going to make me love him. I was so excited about him that Dax really took a backseat and I found that I didn’t just love his character anymore. Lynx stole the show immediately because he’s pretty amazing and Luca definitely got the redemption he deserved. Then comes the last bit of the series and Dax is probably one of my top Saint View guys now. He’s got such a great personality and even though everything isn’t easy for him I think he always keeps things positive and puts his family and friends needs above his own. He really loves his family and he proves it so much in the last book when he definitely could have done things differently and been justified. So I think overall his character surprised me the most since I just wasn’t sure about him. This series is so awesome and I can’t wait until we get more SV! I’m so curious to guess what’s next because Elle left zero clues. Unless I missed them…
This is the final book in the Saint View Blood & Ink trilogy and what a wild time this one was! Like with the previous books that had ended on a cliff hanger, this one picks up right where the last one ended. Without saying too much, our main characters have had gotten themselves in a bit of a situation and some revelations have come to light and they find themselves on the hunt for our big bad.
Overall, I did enjoy this one and this trilogy as a whole. We got some action in this one, a lot of sweet and spicy moments and a couple of unexpected scenes which I didn't' hate! This was another fun why-choose series.
As a whole, I do think there was a lot going on with one of our MMCs, Lynx and I think it was maybe both the hockey and the murder history? It just seemed like a lot for one character. But I did have a good time reading this series. I am curious what the next trilogy is going to be as I don't think I caught too many hints like we usually get so it should be interesting!
Diary from an Inked Throne by Elle Thorpe Saint View Blood and Ink - Book Three . Reading Method; 📱: ✅ 🎧: 📕: . Damn what an ending!!!!!! I did not see half the things in the book coming but honestly that’s an Elle book for you, she’s pretty much the queen of that. I absolutely loved this book honestly this might just be my fav trilogy yet.
Nyah if struggling in the end of the last book with her men missing and does the only thing she can think of that’s left to help protect her baby. Little did she realise that she might have jumped feet first in the very middle of this mafia war. My mum heart feels for Nyah and honestly praise her for everything she does in this book.
Her men might be down but you can never underestimate them, they will do anything for the women they love. Luca, Lynx and Dax grow so close in this book and whilst it’s not under the best circumstances it build the relationship between them all so much.
I honestly absolutely fricken loved it. If you love a dark romance with twists and turns and everything in between this is for you! I highly recommend this series!

4.5 Stars 3.5 Spice Genre: Dark Romance Tropes: Mafia, Biker Gang, Why Choose, Reverse Harem, Pregnancy, MFMM Main Characters: Nya Matish, Dax King, Luca Guerra, and Lynx Cross
The final story picks up where the last cliff hanger left us - with more questions than answers. When the “bad guy” changes hands there’s a whole new list of things the crew has to make it through.
This trilogy feels different in a lot of ways, none of them bad. Usually there’s the main plot of a murder mystery and while there is a murder we don’t know the killer until the end, that is in no way the main plot or point of the book. There’s also an addition to the make up of the group romantically which I didn’t see coming but also here for it.
As always, there’s a lot of ups and downs and betrayals and second guessing the whole time. But it’s a fun, fast, super spicy read and I will always recommend the Saint View Series.
Elle is the queen of cliffhangers and this final book picks up right where it left off. Nyah believes that her men are gone and her only choice now is to project her unborn child. But then Enzo storms in and takes out Carlos and demands she marry him instead. After the quick and not so legal wedding Enzo takes Nyah back to the estate where she goes into labor and has her baby. Then Enzo kidnaps the baby and leaves Nyah heartbroken. Dax, Luca, and Lynx have all been held captive in the church basement and during the disastrous wedding they escape. Enzo now knows that Luca is alive and is the true heir to the Mafia thrown he desperately wants, so he keeps the baby so he can raise him and make him the heir and still the the thrown.
Now that Nyah has been reunited with her men, they vow to hunt Enzo down and get their baby back. This book was full of twist and turns and so many emotions. It was the perfect ending for a great series and in the end they got their HEA
What an absolutely wild rollercoaster of a story. I genuinely didn’t want this one to end. Just when I think Elle can’t possibly surprise me anymore, she goes and completely blows my mind all over again. This book took me on an emotional journey in every possible way. I found myself crying in some parts, yelling at the pages in others, and downright swooning and blushing in certain moments. It had my emotions all over the place, and I was completely invested from beginning to end. Normally, there’s always one of the men who stands out just a little more to me, but this time? Absolutely not. This is a true why-choose situation. How could you possibly pick? Dax, with his boyish charm and sexy-as-sin demeanor. Luca, with all his bad-boy ways and that fierce, I’d burn the world down for her energy. 🔥 Lynx, all muscle, sweetness, and undeniable sexiness. 🥵 How. Do. You. Choose? And then there’s Nyah —our badass Queen. 👑 Her strength, determination, and sheer resilience had me cheering her on from page one. Watching her journey unfold has been such a ride, and I couldn’t have asked for a better heroine to lead this story. The Saint View world has had me in an absolute chokehold for the past three months, and now that I’ve reached the end, I’m left with that bittersweet feeling you get when you know you’ve just finished a series you weren’t ready to say goodbye to. So, what do I do now? Pick up book one and start all over again, obviously. 😂💛 Elle, you’ve done it again. What a way to leave me emotionally wrecked, thoroughly swooning, and already missing these characters.
Dark Why Choose / Murder Mystery / Arranged Marriage / HEA
Saint View Blood and Ink, Book Three – Writing a review for a cliffhanger series is difficult because on one hand, you don’t want to spoil it for the people who haven’t read the first two books, but on the other hand, you’re itching to tell the story. Suffice it to say I need to give you a warning to strap in nice and tight because this roller coaster ride is crazy. Just when you think things have taken a turn for the better, boom, you’re thrown backwards and not just once. So hold onto your hats, stow your belongings because this one’s gonna knock your socks off. Many thanks to Elle Thorpe (the reigning queen of cliffhangers) and her PA, Donna Martin, for the advance copy.
Elle you’ve done it again. This book had me laughing, feeling all the feelings, and getting completely sucked into the story.
One thing I love about Elle’s writing is how she balances humor, spice, and emotional moments without losing the heart of the story. There’s something so special about seeing different kinds of love and family explored, and this book gave me plenty to enjoy along the way.
Of course, I also learned at least three new ways to use fruit and fruit related products, but that’s besides the point….
This was such a memorable read, and I loved the way everything came together. Elle knows how to keep things entertaining while still giving readers those moments that make you stop and appreciate the characters and their journey.
In the end, family is who you choose, not the hand you’ve been dealt.
This is an ARC review because the book does not come out until October 15th
OMG! This one had my heart hurting the entire time! Although all of Elle Thorpe’s books are HEA, I just wasn’t sure about this one!
You are right where book 2 ended, trying to figure out how Nya is going to get out of this one. There’s kidnapping, “unaliving people”, mistrust in the oddest of places. Then WAM, something gets blown up and you have no idea who is still alive!
There wasn’t a cliffhanger to lead us into another trilogy but Elle has promised if we keep reading, Saint View will never die! I will continue to recommend this world to everyone I know who reads!
OMG! I wanted to devour this book & easily could have finished it in a day. But I also didn't want it to end, so I forced myself to savor it. Elle really knows how to keep you hooked. The conclusion to the Blood & Ink trilogy is just as big of a rollercoaster as the rest of the series. Tissues may be needed, but the HEA is more than worth it. Luca has truly redeemed himself in this seies and I love the chemistry among this foursome. Thankfully there is not a cliffhanger this time, but that also means we don't have a hint on who the next trilogy may be about. Completely obsessed & will most definitely be adding to my re-read list!
This book had so much happen in 350 pages. We had multiple mysteries solved, top tier spice, multiple dad guy deaths and and a baby born and lost (but found safe) also spoilers, but I was NOT expecting Dax and Luca and I loved that edition. I was again shocked at all the reveals. I can't wait to see what Elle has to give us next year. This book unlike a lot of past trilogies did not leave us with a cliffhanger for the next one and I'm ok with that. I loved every second of this book and trilogy. Getting to know Nyah and Lynx and seeing Dax find love as well as truly getting to see Luca who was a hated character get redeemed. It was everything I wanted and more. Loved it all.
These 4 have me in a chokehold. I know I said I couldn’t wait for this last book in the trilogy but now that it is here I’m heartsick. I don’t want it to end. I have loved their story. So here we are picking up at Nyah & Carlos’s wedding and the twists just keep coming. Nyah, Luca, Lynx & Dax have all come together solidifying their relationship with a common goal. Watching them grow as a poly group and being so supportive of each other was amazing. There is a surprise pairing and I’m not mad about it in the least. Luca not only redeemed himself in my eyes, but he’s well on his way making amends to all of those in Saint View. After everything these 4 went through they deserve to have an amazing life full of love laughter. I’m always sad when it’s time to leave Saint View and can’t wait until the next time I get to visit. Oh and the elephant mural made me cry.
This book had me hooked from the start and somehow managed to keep throwing surprises at me right until the end.
Nylla was strong and determined and I loved watching her navigate everything thrown her way. And the men… Dax, Luca and Lynx each brought something completely different, which made choosing a favourite nearly impossible.
There were plenty of emotional moments, plenty of steam, and more than a few moments that had me shocked, I was completely invested in the characters and their journey.
This was a great conclusion to the seres! The relationships Nyah has with Luca, Lynx, and Dax really came together and everyone has their place in the family. The action was non-stop, the baby drama intense, and the bad guys prolific. I love the various Saint View cameos.
It’s a miracle Saint View (and Providence) function at all after all the corruption and death happening. Add in the mafia and it is definitely a town to avoid. Nevertheless, with the found families and fierce loyalties, I can’t wait to see what Elle Thorpe adds next.
You know, I feel like I say this with every third book Elle writes in a trilogy series… this one’s my favorite. She doesn’t let us down. Ever. I loved Nyah, Dax, Lynx and Luca even though I REALLLLLLLY wanted to hate Luca so much. I loved this relationship. I looooved the mfmm but I also really enjoyed the mm and especially the unexpected mm we got. I am so happy with how this one ended. I will forever enjoy being in Saint View and I will ALWAYS love seeing our friends from past books. It feels like home away from home. Love love love.
