Mental & Emotional Torment
Whew… this book took me on a full emotional roller coaster — up, down, then BOOM… and just when I thought I had my footing, the author left me hanging! There has to be a Book 4, because there is no way you can end it like that and leave us in the balance.
I didn’t see that ending coming. Well, let me be honest — I’m torn. Part of me didn’t see it coming, but another part of me can understand why it happened, if that makes sense. The torment was real. The lies were heavy. Mentally and emotionally, it was a lot — and with her being pregnant on top of everything, that’s a burden no one should have to carry alone.
Now don’t get me wrong, he isn’t innocent in all of this, but he’s real — and I respect that all day. You have to respect a person who keeps it honest. You might not like the truth, but at least they stand in it.
And let’s be clear… Echo caused all of this. None of it had to happen. When you’re used to getting your way and believing the world revolves around you, destruction usually follows. Sending her brothers on a mission because someone didn’t want her? That cost them their lives. I don’t even know if she told them the full truth — but the consequences were deadly. And her daddy? Yeah… I still don’t like him.
So to the author — please give us Book 4. Take your time, honor your gift, and tell the story the way it needs to be told. I’m patient… but I definitely have a book hangover right now and need emotional healing.

COME HERE SHA!!!!
When I say ain’t nobody in the same class or doing it like Sha, I mean that. Starting with Certified Pressure, this whole Trill Land series has had me in a chokehold.
My boy been fighting this case, and Yell Holler (or whatever her irrelevant ssa name is) really been out here lying, along with her family. That whole situation had me heated!! I wanted to jump through the book! Accusing someone of SA is one of the worst things you can do, and seeing it affect Toni and KayLo while they’re just trying to move on made it even harder to read.
This book took me through every emotion. I laughed, I cried, I was yelling at my Kindle (and would’ve thrown it, but I’m not crazy 😂). The moments with Pressure Lo and Renza talking 💩 with each other balanced out the heavy stuff perfectly it was the right mix of serious and light.
I also loved getting different perspectives; the parents, even the opps (even though I really DGAF about them 😭). It added so much depth to the story.
That ending?! Completely caught me off guard. I just need my people to get their HEA because they deserve it. You really did your thing with this one the storytelling felt real, raw, and straight from the heart. I loved it!!
I took my time with this book because I didn’t want to leave Trill Land, but I already can’t wait to go back. Finale… please do me right!

Rating 4.5 ⭐️ This series does not believe in peace. At all. It thrives in chaos and just when you think you can catch your breath it tightens its grip. This installment 😫 Pure pressure.
Kay’Lo sitting behind bars while his whole life is on the line had my chest tight the entire time. Not just his freedom but the possibility of missing the birth of his child. That kind of weight will break anybody. You could feel it in every moment between him and Toni. Their love wasn’t soft and cute it was survival. Every call, every word it felt like they were fighting to keep their family from slipping through their fingers.
Let’s be very clear this stopped being about justice a long time ago. Hell it was never truly about justice. This is power. Control. Revenge. Echo’s family is moving like losing is not an option, and the lengths they’re willing to go whew corruption knows no limits. All of this because she couldn’t handle rejection 👀 Baby this is why people say leave folks alone when they don’t want you because now look. Lives ruined, bodies dropped, and an entire system being manipulated.
The Mensahs said oh, you thought he was alone? Absolutely not. Abeni stepped in like a quiet storm the kind you don’t see coming until everything starts shifting. She didn’t have to be loud because her presence alone was enough to make people uncomfortable. Strategic. Calculated. Dangerous in the most elegant way. Roderick thought he could block her influence nope he's gonna have to work harder.
Toni sigh I get it. I do. Love will have you standing ten toes behind your person no matter what. But girl… WHY??? The stress, the decisions, the weight she’s carrying while pregnant? I was side eyeing and praying for her all at once. You just added fuel to a volcano.
This whole book feels like one long what’s gonna happen next? with no room to breathe. Every chapter raising the stakes, every scene reminding you that nobody is safe. The energy of this series? FAFO, loud and clear. Every action in this story comes with consequences and baby, they are collecting.

Whew!!!!
When I tell you Sha Jones pen is lethal, baby she need a license for that thang!!! I love me some Toni and Kay’Lo!!! I was so glad when they finally let my boy come home, but pissed when they took him back! Auntie Abeni don’t play bout her boys, she walked in on that judge like she was invited in to the party and that interview was everything!!! Now her and the baby thing, definitely threw me for a loop, but with the help of her girl Treasure she finally realized she needed to give him back. Now Kwame has always been my least favorite Mensah, but the way Treasure let him get some, then left his tail had me hollering!!! My girl humbled his behind real quick!!! I’m glad he’s starting to redeem himself with Toni and Kay’Lo!!! As for Kashmere, hopefully she’ll be quiet and stay gone, but we’ll see. Echo delusional behind caused all of this and got just what she deserved. I just hate Kay’Lo has to suffer for it, but glad he’s standing up for his wife! I can’t wait for Lennox to be fully exposed and pay for what he’s trying to do to Kay’Lo!!! Another awesome job Fav, that pen stay spitting 🔥🔥🔥

Kay’lo and Toni are still that couple for me (despite all the issues in book2 ). Them finding out they’re having a baby really brought everything back to what matters, and I loved that emotional layer.
But whew… this book was MESSY in a frustrating way.
The whole trial storyline dragged and felt all over the place. Missing evidence, weak defense, and just decisions that made no sense had me irritated. Like… why are we not defending this man properly?? It took me out of the story more than it pulled me in.
Kwame hiding something as serious as his son’s mental health was a HUGE issue for me. That wasn’t just drama, definitely felt like that was real life serious, and it didn’t sit right.
And don’t even get me started on the ending… Toni Rocc, what was THAT timing?? Ma’am your husband is on trial facing the death penalty and you doing the most?? The whole ending just felt chaotic and unsatisfying.
Echo added nothing but irritation—just messy and unnecessary.

I wish I could give this book the PRAISE it deserves, because 5 stars does not spk to the level of excitement, spice and ash whippings that came from the slight misunderstandings!!!…
Kay’Lo came home, Toni was putting him through the mattress!!!…
Toni was real tired of Echo playing in their face!!!…Echo and her father wanted to play the game by any means, and Toni showed them how to play it!!!…
Treasure let her nutz hang low, because babyyyy, she has been the silence behind her husband, but a few drinks and convos with the girls, sent her home packing and leaving!!!…
Abeni, with feelings and secrets!!!…Whewww, I was not expecting her to soften up to that point though!!!…Clearly Treasure let her know, it’s growth, not showing weakness!!!…
Renza secret is outttt & there is no more hiding Jill l!!!…😂😂😂

At this point I think I’m giving any story with Kay’Lo & Toni a 5! They are my fav’s even with all the dysfunction, if they not gonna do anything, they’re gonna sex out their problems.
I was not expecting for there to be a book 4; but I was already deep in book 3, so I was committed.
It was great to see how the fellas are still silly but how Lo has grown. I do want to see him start to get help and therapy b4 he has another break!

Lastly, the heart to heart between Abeni & Treasure…that’s some real ish!

Great read
This book was so good I just wanted it to go on and on, when it ended I was in shock. Chef kiss to the author she did her thang. Love any glance at Pressure, Pluto and their family. I love the softer side of Lo when he interacts with the children. Glad we got some insight on Kwame & Treasure relationship. Love how the brothers meet up like the sons get together. Auntie Abeni is a bad woman. I hope it ends well for her. I’m glad she gave the baby back. Kwame said he would help Lo so maybe it’s coming. Not Gill Scott tracking Renza can’t wait to read his story. Did Sha’Nelle move in? Toni just made things worse why?

Shocked with the lies
This book is absolutely amazing but Toni has pissed me off. Kilo, yes he he acted rapidly out of anger however he was digging his way out of the mess and she goes and add to it. I’m so upset with her right now, however on so whatever her name is told all those lies and they caught up with her now did she deserve death now however she did deserve a good ass whipping which is wet Toni should’ve took her cousin with her and gave her ass a good ass whooping not killed the girl oops I’m sorry didn’t mean to tell the story lol great book can’t wait for book 4.

Sha mF’n Jones!!!!
I knew this was the last book the second I saw it was 397 pages 😩📚 Now don’t keep us waiting too long for book 4!
I’ve got so much to say, but I’m gonna keep it simple and spoiler-free…
Abeni is THAT girl!!! The way she stepped up and aired Roderick out was everything. She didn’t hold back at all, basically let him know both he and his daughter were trash. Gotta love an aunt who stands on business when it comes to family.
As for Toni… I’ll just say she did what she had to do. I just hate they already assumed it on Kay’lo 👀
Whew. Time for me to start a new series and patiently wait on the next one 🔥📖

That's the first thing that popped in my head while Abeni was holding her press conference. The whole book I was like Toni, please share what she's been saying to you. Echo and her family are playing victim when she's the reason her brothers were killed. Now, Toni got my whole heart hurting. My boo gotta go because you made an emotional decision that may or may not have a lifetime consequence. Anywho, gone give us book 3!!
BTW, no matter how others hate on you, your work speaks for itself. Hands down one the best in the game!!!!

why Toni did that
I’m confused how your husband fighting for his life and now you go and jeopardize your freedom now both of yall could be gone and My’Love gonna be raised by treasure and his daddy. I feel the story was good but it just dragged a bit much. I hope the next one they can have some peace. This time Kaylo was being targeted so they deserved what they got and though stupid what Toni did I understand cuz that echo was harassing the hell out them. So stop playing with people when you know you ain’t bout dat life especially not like the mensahs!

Kaylo did some growing up in this book.. Toni’s hormones got the best of her. I was glad Kwame changed for the better and for his family needs.. Renza’s secret is no longer a hidden and love how the guys keep dogging him every chance they get… Reni refuses to be kept a secret any longer… Pressure with his punishment was too funny… Kaylo is really unhinged the baby reveal was up his alley.. Kaylo really sacrifices anything for family I need a man that moves like him!!!

Not gonna lie the sex scenes are allot considering this book has me impatient. But they all fit considering I too was Toni and my husband did 13 years in prison. This story not only is phenomenal, but it hits so very close to home. I can’t wait for the next book. Thank you Sha

My god! Toni couldn't take the pressure anymore and killed Echo! I can't say I blame her! The press and her pregnancy hormones just overwhelmed her! The only thing is they gonna try snd blame this on Kaylo as well, which isn't surprising! What a horrible mess! Im so anxiously awaiting next installment!

This trial is causing Toni and Kay’Lo know if their marriage is really as strong as their love. Great Read
I am 100% ready for the next book cause that cliffhanger.... Kayak took one for the team. Abeni putting everybody in their place. Means learns to humble himself. This was a good book and I would definitely recommend it to others.

This was really good… i just wish they told more of the story then all these long sex scenes. They are boring. We get it pressure and lo are obsessed n attracted to their wives! But it’s soooo much more to explore.
