In my profession I highly depend on my brain to remember and to solve technical problem. If my brain is having troubles or is druggy then I can not preform my tasks efficiently. So I am always exercising my brain on math problems, quizzes, and memory tests. That is why ! picked up this book. After reading the entire book, I have come to the conclusion that this book is really the manual for your brain. The book discusses how the brain stores and retrieves information. If even shows you how to exercise it to get better results. The author spent a lot of time researching this book and he has included the best information. I highly recommend this book.
Great book, especially for those in school, and beyond. This reminds me of a book by Harry Lorayne which also had a lot of techniques and tricks for memory and recall - both long and short. This book has great techniques and if I remember, pun intended, it will become a great reference to stay sharp. In this age of digital devices that tell us everything, keeping the brain sharp and capable is more important than ever. I think this tool will help a lot!
