"I know you. I knew you before I met you.”

The Taste of Revenge is just a taste of a much bigger picture, or at least that is how it was left off to assume. It was fast (and I'm not talking about the driving), it was instantaneous and it was pretty proper (the writing I mean.) The speech was too proper for a bunch of outlaw bikers, when I read, I totally get into it, willing each character to come to life. I think with this my big issue (which is mine alone) was the insta-lust went from like 0 - 60 in a flash. All the respect I was in the process of growing for them kinda just died. There is more to come from Bella and Garrett and maybe someday I'll continue but not just yet. It was an okay read for me, hopefully it will be better for you!

Cliff hanger

Needs better editing a lot of missed spelled words... crazy how fast they opened up to each other and fell in love. Too unbelievable that rival gang members could fight in one paragraph and fall in bed together the next. As for her being hard biker chick it sure was easy for her to cry.

Plenty of action as well as the steamy scene, not a complete novel mores the pity. So it leaves you hanging! Id rather read a stand alone novel than a half one..

This was actually not bad. The characters were good, the storyline was interesting but it ends on a fucking CLIFFHANGER! I absolutely detest those! Just when the story is getting interesting. ..BAM...the stupid thing ends! As much as I want to know what happens with Sander and Bella, on principle alone, I will not be buying the second book and risk having that shit end on another cliffhanger as well just so the author can keep charging us readers money! Instead of offering us this little nibble for free to then charge us for a series of parts, just write one full length novel and charge one full price!

Such a shame because Bella is just the type of female lead that I like and admire. She's tough, smart, brave, courageous, resilient , doesn't back down and doesn't take shit from anyone, but also has this sweet feminine side to her. Sander confuses me a bit, it's obvious that he respects Bella, they compliment each other quite nicely, but he's the president of his club, why in the hell does he act like he's scared of his own men? I think him suggesting to Bella that they run away is kind of a pussy thing to do, he's the alpha...man up and do what you need to do to protect your club and also get the girl...

This would totally be worthy of five stars but the lack of explanations for many things and the cliffhanger just left me too damn disappointed!

This was one of those freebie biker books with a lot of action and a little too much too soon kind of romance.
A biker is in a hit and run and killed by a rival MC and when his club brother goes for revenge, he snatches a woman who works for that rival MC as she is delivering a very valuable package. Insta-attraction and romance happens pretty quickly and they find themselves on the wrong side of both of their clubs and marked for death or worse.
It ended with a cliffhanger and taste of the next book. Ok for a free read but needed work and to be more in depth to be believable.

This is the first time reading a novel by this author but not the last and I'm looking to read more from her/him.  I don't feel like we got to witness enough of the relationship buildup to make me invested in the couple. I found this book to be fast paced and really enjoyed the scenes between the two of them as they got more and more involved with each other after just being kidnapped and the BAM sex..The story line was OK but left the reader confused at times.There were some small parts that were skimmed over that I wish we would have gotten a stronger conclusion to(nothing major) or explanation because it took away from the story.

Must be a glutton for pain because reading this from beginning to end was pure torture. So many back and forths and redundancies with the characters thoughts and feelings. If they made up their minds and stuck with it, this would be a 30 page novella.

I really like the characters in this book. This was a first time read for me with this author and I'm definitely going to be reading more. I'm looking forward to reading the next book.
