I didn’t go to the hockey game looking for trouble.

I went because my best friend refused to let me keep hiding from the world.

One night.
One arena.
One decision to step back into the spotlight.

That’s all it took.

Because the moment I walked into their world, three men noticed me.

Jackson Anderson - the NHL’s reckless golden rookie who treats life like a game he’s already won.

Zach Harper - the controlled, calculating goalie who watches everything… and misses nothing.

And Elijah Bellandi - the veteran defenseman whose quiet authority carries the weight of something far darker than hockey.

Three powerful men.
Three dangerous personalities.

And somehow, all of their attention lands on me.

At first it’s just curiosity.
A spark.
A challenge none of them expected.

But attention like theirs doesn’t stay harmless for long.

Not when men start watching me from the shadows.
Not when my past refuses to stay buried.
And definitely not when the three men who’ve decided I’m theirs start closing ranks around me.

Jackson wants the chase.
Zach wants control.
Elijah wants to claim me.

And the closer we get, the more obvious the truth becomes.

These men don’t share easily.

But none of them are walking away.

And if someone thinks they can use me to hurt them…

They’re about to find out exactly what happens when three very dangerous men decide a woman is theirs to protect.

*Iced Up Love is a why choose ice hockey / mafia romance where the heroine doesn't have to choose between her love interests. This is part one of a duet in a new series, and it will have a HEA for this harem in part two.

DNF

The writing style drove me insane. I wanted to read a story, not pages of single line statements

The writing style annoyed me so much, that I couldn't continue. Instead of making the story a whole, the author decided to make every sentence a statement, by starting every sentence on a new line.
So a sentence ends.
And a new one starts.
Which continued in every chapter.
No matter who's pov it was.
See how annoying that is, if a whole book is like that?
I also didn't really see a lot of difference between the guys. Especially Elijah and Zach seemed like the same person.

So yeah, this book was not for me, unfortunately.

WOOOOOOO. Alright yall. This was an absolute PLEASURE to read. It was hot, dramatic, spicy, sweet. Each MMC had a contrasting personality that just made it 🌟click🌟. Where Elijah is like a protective alpha male, Jackson is funny and very praising, and Zach is a calm steady current. I absolutely recommend this one. It had me kicking my feet, blushing, and gasping all in one.

I am now ANXIOUSLY awaiting part two with a feral need. Come wait with me and let's talk about it 😶‍🌫️

So if youre looking for a knucke biting, blush bringing, feet kicking hockey x mafia romance? Go ahead and give this one some love. 💋

I really enjoyed this book. The plot definitely had me intrigued and wondering what was coming next.
This book had some danger, suspense, and a bit of mystery regarding Liana's stalker.
There were also lots of emotions, humor, tension, and spice.

Zach, Elijah, and Jackson, I loved each of them. The author does a fantastic job making each of them stand out. These men had me swooning at times. They were protective, caring, and constantly reassuring Lia.
I did like that men weren't already a formed group. So, we do see a little jealousy and some drama. However, I'm pretty confident they'll work together when it comes to Lia. She ties them all together.
Overall, I think this was a great beginning! Of course there was a cliffhanger! I gotta be honest, I feel like I'm no closer to get answers.
I need book 2 like yesterday!!

Iced Up Love is a fast, fun hockey romance filled with high spice, danger, and a protective reverse harem dynamic. The chemistry between Lia and her three swoon-worthy guys: Zach, Elijah, and Jackson, is easily the best part of the book. I loved the suspense surrounding her stalker, the fun group jealousy, and the found family energy as she slowly lets her guard down.
However, the pacing is incredibly fast, and the writing style can feel pretty choppy at times, which makes the relationships develop almost too quickly. The book also ends on a major cliffhanger that leaves you with zero answers. It's an entertaining, quick read, but the abrupt prose and unresolved plot points held it back from a higher rating for me.

This was a fast, fun hockey romance that leans heavy into the spice and found-family feel. The dynamic between the FMC and the three guys is the main highlight—each one brings something different, and together the chemistry just works.

I really liked the protective, supportive energy from the guys and how she slowly lets her guard down. There’s a bit of an emotional layer with her past, but it doesn’t drag the story down—it keeps things moving while still giving her growth.

The pacing is definitely quick, so the relationships develop fast, but it fits the overall vibe of the book.

The author’s writing cadence was so off putting. It was staccato in written form. So much telling and absolutely no doing.

In a book written by a woman in the year of our lord 2026 she wrote this line that was said by an MMC: She’s not like the other girls around here”
JFC just stop.
