This book, written in a conversational style, is like sitting down with an old friend or relative and asking them life advice on living longer and well. It’s a wide-ranging set of topics and the author covers everything that might come to mind.
As with any set of advice, some of it hits the mark and will apply to you, and others will not. That’s the nature of advice. However, the major themes of exercise, optimistic attitude, and making choices rather than letting things happen to you come through. A good and interesting read.
