Quite a US focused book, but valuable for all that. The authors point out some world trends that we might be missing being UK centric and there is a lot more about marketing/consumption than any other future trends. Not the remarkable vision I had hoped for but perhaps they were burned by their last book not being quite on the nail.
Useful but no oracle.

I hate books that don't cite anything as evidence of their predictions. I can guess as good as anyone. But what really annoys me is the creation of new terms, just to sound cool. Chindia! Come on. It just doesn't work.
