This book contains simple, pragmatic advice that will benefit any manager, supervisor, or leader. The author's experience is impressive and his acknowledgment of God as the source of his success is inspiring.

Thought is was a good book for upperlevel management with a lot of resources for persons in leadership. Not geared to the average working in the marketplace.
