This is a box set of 3 books.
Individually the books are:
Brain & Memory Games by Jason Scotts (98 pages)
Mindfulness for beginners by Brittany Samons (19 pages)
Increase Brain Power: Improve the Power of the Brain & Memory Naturally by Bowe Packer (92 pages)
As you can see this adds up to 209 pages. (not the 117 pages it says)

The first book gives a list of suggestions to improve your brain. One of those is speed reading.

I *highly* recommend speed reading (or skimming) through the rest of the book.

It's actually memory improvement, mindfulness and now what was the 3rd book in the set? I read this on my kindle around March during my improve myself phase. I wasn't that impressed by the first book memory improvement, it consisted in listing all the things you could play to improve your memory such as: card games, computer games, board games, memory matching, sudoku, crosswords, jigsaws, rubik's cube. All pretty obvious really.

The next book I think was mindfulness and included nutrition? I'm not really sure now. Although I did learn that you need to eat wild salmon to get enough omega 3 benefits. Farmed salmon doesn't grow big enough to produce anywhere near the amount of omega 3 fatty acids the body needs, so we must all find wild salmon, although I'm not sure where I can find any round here so I'll have to stick to the tablets.

I think the last book could have been stress but it was somewhere around easter a few months ago and I've been to bed since. I think the middle book was the most useful, the mindfulness one.

There are three books in this bundle. Unfortunately, they don't really get into any detail that could be useful in my opinion. The mindfulness one is probably the best one of the bunch.

Very helpful

Gave me some very informative things to do and think about. Helped me know what areas to train and work on.
