A considered 2 its a readable book with an interesting plot but the writing is too stilted for
Me and throws you out of the story at times, i had issues with the accents the people spoke with and some of the factual information too. Its a reasonable self published book but not an author i would overly seek out again, a more detailed review will be on my confessions of a reading addict blog

Kill and cure is the third Resa James mystery and continues building up the characters well whilst delivering a compelling storyline.

Terminally ill patients are being killed. The question is who is killing them and why. Resa and her colleagues in the police set about trying to find out, but some of the suspects thrown up are very close to those in the investigation.

I think this is going to be a really good series. It will be interesting to see how some of the interpersonal storylines develop.

For me a great improvement on book 1 , still police issues, I don't believe detailed sex scenes are needed. A good story well told. I will read the next book in this series. note I have never read detailed sex scenes by any established crime author.

this is the third book in the Resa James series. even if you havent read the first 2 you could easily read this as a stand alone book though i think when youve read Kill and Cure you will be left wanting to read more. the author has worked her magic yet again on her new novel. Thea manages to come up with a brilliant storyline each time which manages to grip you into the story straight from the beginning. i dont know about anyone one else but ive formed an attachment to the characters in this series and enjoy catching up in each book with how their lives are turning out. a brilliantly gripping story that will leave you wanting more and a series that i think young adults upwards will enjoy.

Thea Hartley's books are getting better and better. "Kith and Kill" was very good as was "Sticks and Stones" but this was superb.

I have read others by Thea and what amazes me is how she can step seamlessly from one genre to another. Most authors tend to stick to one genre but she can go from writing thrillers to erotica to historical fiction, and do them all so well.

A few times I had to put the book down in order to get my breath back. I was scared and books usually don't do that to me.

If you like psychological thrillers you must get this.

I wait impatiently for book 4.
