As the Golden Age ends the time of adversity begins...
For a combined effort to seize a long-lost legacy amid distant stars soon unfolds into a fight for survival.
Three tribes from Terra set out into the unknown depths of the cosmos. The nomadic House Kaslar, the questing House Soliter and the deadly House Vril must join forces as they venture onwards.
In a wasted land of barren desolation they find that their quest of retrieval is one of survival against the very blackest of adversaries. The forces of awakened chaos could trigger a great crusade that will change things forever.
It's a race against time to save not only their Terran home world but their very souls as well!
A short but exciting book of adventure and mystery.
Three tribes from the myth and legend of pre-history set out on a quest to revitalize their world. The elders who send them out claim three orbs await the adventurers.
What they don't realize is that the world isn't as lifeless as they first imagined...
Now I finally see the link to click on to give a review. I will just repeat what I have posted once elsewhere. Although first of all I must say that The Way Captain is great, although a bit short. But many probably like short, exciting books anymore.
I seldom come to this site anymore but hopefully I can at least respond whenever there are questions or comments about Tyler Danann's books. I think "The Way Captain" is his shortest book. It is not my very favorite T. Danann book but close. My favorite of his is "Mountain Hold" since it takes place in my part of the world, even on my mountain retreat etc.
Book two of the Mountain Hold series might be very well received especially if any liked TD's other books. Book two is the "Golden Odyssey" but not sure if it is online or available yet. Which I don't think so since it is, I think, still being edited. later although from mid June to Nov. I am working and Living like few get to live anymore at 9,500 feet on the real Mountain Hold....
Btw, I think The Way Captain should be the first of Tyler Danaan's books to be read and then the Mountain Hold series which has only 2 so far out of possibly 10 or more books, someday. What Tyler has told me some anyway. Tyler also has one or two other pure science fiction books which I have only read a little. Too far out into space for me, even for a book.... I like mountains Much better than outer space fiction....
