How often does a stranger let a door slam in your face or barge you aside without apology? How often are each of us treated without the common courtesy we should be able to expect? This is the story of Evan Stephens, an average family man who has simply had enough. After forming a bond with a Scalpel he decides that it’s time to take action and the streets of Liverpool run red with blood.
