I did not find this book to be helpful in my study of Irish at all. There is very little in the text to help understand the videos, no vocabulary list to help expand our vocabulary, not much about the grammar. Also, I did not like the videos, they were super fast and the audio was difficult to hear, plus I prefer just audio so I can listen in my car during commutes. In my opinion this is for advanced students who just want to watch people talking. I don't feel that I learned anything from using this book in a class for over 3 months.
