Betrothed to Jack Frost: Fire's Fury

Rate this book
Heartbroken, bitter, and resentful, Evangeline Darrow-Frost finds herself grappling with embracing her identity as a demigoddess descended from fire. As she nurses her wounds in the aftermath from her betrothment to the once malevolent Jack Frost, no one from her time amongst the immortals seems to want to recall that the demigoddess Elle is still the Queen of Winter's Kingdom.

That is, until a long-lost brother arrives to inform Elle that not all is as it seems. Enemies are afoot, still determined to ensure that the prophecy between fire and ice never becomes a reality. In the ensuing chaos of Elle's enemies returning for her, she reunites with Jack, it soon becoming clear that his feelings for Elle are not as estranged as she was led to believe.

I have been following the story of Elle and Jack since its early days on Wattpad. I still love this story as much as I did when I first started reading it.

Omg!!!! That cliffhanger at the end. I have been waiting for this book to come out and let me tell you. It did not disappoint. Alex has done it again! If I didn’t have to work these past few days. I would’ve finished this book in one sitting. Face-paced, fantasy, mythical, god-like, romantic, and even suspenseful. I could not get of enough. Let’s just say I loved it. I cannot wait till the next book!
