Inspired by his experiences, Clemente captures the emotional and physical toll of working as a bike messenger during the aftermath of the Great Recession. Clemente passionately records a subculture that sucks in young men and women. A subculture that leads many, if not most of the participants, deep into the depths of addiction and self loathing.

In captivating style, Clemente sets out to search for the reason why he and his peers were willing to sacrifice so much for a job that offered nothing but pain in return.
