So far after 3 weeks , I feel great ! Surprisingly it's been easy to fast on the 2 days a week . I needed something different to try ,and I'm glad the book was free or I might not have looked into it . So far I've lost 8.7 lbs. !
Not very happy with the book, in total. In most cases I am sure, that it is '1' single person going on the Fast Diet, not 4 or 6, yet a majority of the recipes in this book are for servings of 4 or 6. It would be nicer if you had more recipes specially for just 1 or two. If you want to make it for an entire family, they can double or triple the recipe! The second thing, your metrics for the ingredients are in 'ml or grams'. That makes it extremely hard for those of us cooks, that cool in ounces. I'm not going to constantly be converting everything I cook to ounces.
