Knox by Makenna Jameison delivers an engaging blend of romantic suspense, action, and emotional intensity. The story wastes little time drawing readers into the chemistry between Knox, a disciplined former military operative, and Quinn, a brilliant IT specialist whose intelligence and independence make her much more than a typical damsel in distress. Their connection feels natural, and the growing trust between them adds genuine depth to the romance.

The fast-paced plot keeps the tension high, especially once Quinn disappears and Knox launches a relentless mission to bring her home. The mix of danger, international intrigue, and high-stakes rescues creates plenty of exciting moments, making it difficult to put the book down. Fans of protective heroes and suspense-driven romances will likely appreciate the balance between thrilling action and heartfelt emotion.

Knox is a compelling lead whose quiet strength and unwavering loyalty make him easy to root for. Knox by Makenna Jameison is book two of the Shadow OPS—Bravo Team, a new Seattle addition to the original East Coast Shadow Ops business, owned and operated by Jet Hutchinson. In this story, Quinn Anderson, IT guru extraordinaire, and Knox Kingsley, a Bravo Team operator, have danced around their interest in one another since being hired. Quinn gets kidnapped by a dangerous American who is in league with terrorists. The first abduction was definitely her fault, but the second one was all the crazy guy’s devious plot. He takes her to Afghanistan. He wants Quin to become his wife, but, thankfully, the team rescues her before he can hurt her. Ms. Jameison always writes a good story, which is balanced with love, danger, great characters, sincere dialogue, a bit of humor, and an HEA. Readers will feel the edginess of a realistic and dangerous situation and the security of a team able to protect themselves and others. I always thoroughly enjoy every moment of a Makenna Jameison book.

Makenna never disappoints ~ this next book in her new Shadow Ops: Bravo Team Seattle series was a fast read, with lots of action, suspense & definite romance! It was fun to watch Quinn & Knox (co workers) circle around each other, but not really admitting their feelings towards each other. Until Quinn is kidnapped - then the quiet, silent Knox goes into alpha, protective mode trying to locate & rescue her. As Quinn was experiencing her captor's treatment it was definitely heart pounding wondering just how she was going to get free & return to her life. Loved reading about the other team members & enjoyed their banter with each other. And it wasn't a surprise that the next book will be a Gage & Sloane story....I can't wait to see how Makenna weaves Sloane's story line & how the Bravo Team goes about finding her again.

After stopping one terroist attack, with the help of Quinn, the IT guru for Shadow Ops, she becomes a target when she decides to help out in the field. Knox is one of the operatives on the team and these two have been circling each other since they started working together. Everyone knows that Knox has a thing for Quinn and vice versa, so after a successful op and an absence from Quinn, Knox realizes that she has been kidnapped…and he will burn the world down to find her and not waste anymore time to make her his….if he finds her.
A great read with suspense, steam, surprises and great characters that will keep you flipping the pages. I loved the banter between Knox and Quinn, the no drama and both not fighting the attraction.

Quinn is a kick butt techie who can handle most anything on her laptop and in her personal life. She is interested in Knox but so far, its just glances and smiles. He is part of the Bravo Team who she works with. They are trying to stop multiple planned bombings along the west coast and her skills have given them some insight. That puts her is a dangerous situation and she is kidnapped. It is chilling and suspenseful as Knox and the team chase after her across countries. Recommended for action and romance.

What a great read! The author has written another amazing story filled with action, danger, and suspense, but the thing that kept me reading was the slow, intense burn she created between the two main characters, Knox and Quinn. When Quinn makes an unbelievably stupid mistake, Knox and his team will tear the world apart to find her and bring her home safe.

I really loved this new chapter - Knox, in the Shadow Ops: Bravo Team book 2. Once Knox found Quinn he forged ahead. I loved the intensity of the story and also Knox's strength and that little bit of control that he used with Quinn to make her feel safe. Cooper's a hoot!

I really enjoyed this book! Quinn is a computer expert helping Bravo team track terrorists when she is kidnapped. Knox and his team work feverishly to find her and the bad guys. Action packed and well written!

Another fantastic story from Makenna Jameison, Bravo Team is more than a team they are a family. Quinn and Knox love story had slot of twist and turns which gave the book lots of suspense moments that were very enjoyable. True Love Always wins in the end.
