The Actualization Process: A Map of How Any Person, Relationship, Institution, or Civilization Actually Works

Think of someone you know completely — and there is something about them you cannot explain.

The Actualization Process is the map that makes the inexplicable locatable. It begins with the question everyone has about someone they love — usually a sibling — and ends with a framework precise enough to locate a breakdown in a person, a relationship, an organization, or a civilization, and honest enough to say what genuine repair requires.

The framework has ten phases and ten Drive, Will, Flash, Form, Pour, Bound, Center, Yield, Bond, Ground. It draws on seventeen centuries of formal inquiry, confirmed independently by six modern disciplines — cognitive science, philosophy, depth psychology, physics, clinical practice, and trauma research — each arriving at the same structural map from a completely different direction.

This is not a personality typology or a self-improvement program. It is a diagnostic instrument. The question it opens with — what makes you tick? — has an answer. It takes most of this book to develop fully. But it begins here.
