Money was never a problem for Jack London. He just walked into a bank and took some. The sawn off shotgun in his hand normally made this task quite easy. In fact whatever London wanted in life he just took it, always on his terms. But now he finds himself somewhere he never expected to be, prison. He shouldn't be there, he was far too clever for that. A three year stretch for a blagger was never going to be easy. The only rules he knows are his rules. Gritty and violent, this is his roller coaster journey and he's not going down without a fight.

Writing fiction is something that hooked me from a young age. At school I used to love going to my English class. It was always a chore for me to read though, which is quite unusual for a writer. Even now reading doesn't really captivate me. I'd much rather be creating an interesting character with all their flaws and then put them in a situation they have to deal with.

I published my first work on Amazon in 2014 and is made up of four short stories. It's called Teatime Tales and will get you through a tea or coffee break.

If you prefer something with a bit more depth then try Bird. I've had the idea for this book for a while and I blame it on a UK cop show called The Sweeney. The 1970s TV show got into my head when I was a kid and the seed of an idea has steadily grown over the years. Now and again the growing idea was watered with films by Guy Ritchie and of course Quentin Tarantino. Their films are brutal in places but the characters are always colourful and the clever plots are filled with humour.

So please read on, if Bird does well I've already got a few ideas for Jack London's next adventure.
