Sheldon's Roommate Agreement: Inspired by The Big Bang Theory
The Roommate Agreement was written by Sheldon and was signed by Leonard when they first became roommates. These events were shown during a flashback in The Staircase Implementation (S03E22). Sheldon starts mentioning paragraphs from the Roommate Agreement in the episode The Cooper-Nowitzki Theorem (S02E06) and continues to do so throughout the series, usually when one of the clauses is being violated.This Roommate Agreement is one you could also use in real life. It is complete and coherent with real legal clauses used in real agreements. The first 42 sections form a roommate agreement you might have even signed. Reading the agreement is not as humorous as Dr. Sheldon Cooper referencing it.

LOVE IT. MUST READ FOR ALL FANS OF THE SHOW!
If you are a fan of the Big Bang Theory, or even just watched a few episodes, chances are that you have heard Sheldon reference this "Roommate Agreement" quite a bit.... However, unless you meticulously watch EVERY EPISODE and write down what he says every time he references it and then numerically put it in order YOURSELF, before this was published that would be the only way you could actually SEE AND READ this notorious roommate agreement as a whole. I AM A HUGE FAN OF THE SHOW and I still wouldn't do that. THAT would require a LOT of time and a lot of work, and you will still be missing a few things no matter HOW many times you watched the show over and over again.... NOW YOU DONT HAVE TO!!! HERE IS THE ACTUAL ROOMMATE AGREEMENT FROM THE SHOW!!! And what makes this even more AWESOME is the fact that they notated the exact episode he references that particular clause or part of the agreement! So if you really wanted to with this in hand you can actually LOOK AND READ the exact part of the roommate agreement he references as you watch the show, or easily find out exactly WHICH episode a specific clause or part of the agreement you are looking for is in (in the event you are also a super fan and a heated discussion erupts amongst YOUR group of friends in reference to the agreement and it needs to be settled...you never know... Not something I do however if you watch the show with a group of friends it COULD happen. Now with this copy of the agreement FOR YOURSELF IN HAND you are now fully prepared to present it the EXACT WAY Sheldon did in the show! So no more heated discussions about the clauses between friends!)
LONG STORY SHORT. THIS IS A HILARIOUS MUST HAVE FOR ANY ONE WHO ENJOYS THE SHOW ESPECIALLY THE SUPER FANS LIKE ME. BASICALLY ANYONE WHO THINKS SHELDON IS JUST ODDLY HILARIOUS NEEDS TO HAVE THIS. I WAS LAUGHING THE WHOLE TIME. QUICK EASY READ AND HILARIOUS. EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED. AND NOW I CAN READ THE WHOLE CLAUSE AS SOON AS HE MENTIONS IT IN THE EPISODE, OR ALREADY HAVE IT PULLED UP BEFORE HE REFERENCES IT IN THE EPISODE BY SIMPLY LOOKING IN THE REFERENCE PAGES. THEN SIMPLY JUST TAP THE NUMBER NEXT TO THAT EPISODE AND BOOM YOU ARE TAKEN TO THE EXACT LOCATION OF THE AGREEMENT HE'S GOING TO REFERENCE IN THE EPISODE YOU ARE WATCHING SO YOU CAN READ ALONG! LOL! I have yet to try it, but I feel like that would be an awesome thing to be able to do while you are watching the show, or just if you are a fan and want to have something to read in the always hilarious and quirky words of the infamous Dr. Sheldon Cooper. This would be an AMAZING GIFT FOR ANY BIG BANG FAN TOO. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR SO MANY REASONS!
