Interesting, in particular how Batman gets away without any ramifications. I was a little confused about the time sequence for a bit. Actually, my favorite part of Batman is Alfred.
I've already read the trade of Arkham Knight but found I had this comic so gave her a read. I guess I'd kind of forgotten the story as it felt like a fresh read. Issue #1 is a good lead-in book. There is enough action to keep things exciting, we meet the main players and a good amount of time is spent setting the plot and giving some background info. I loved that Penguin showed up as I haven't come across him in my reading in ages! Great art, only I didn't like the rendering of Bruce Wayne, he just looked weird to me. Batman was great though. I always love a story about Arkham!
Omg. I will speak for allll Arkham Knight novels. The novels are just as good as the video game, which is saying a lot. The dreadfulness of Scarecrow, Arkham Knight, Riddler, Harley Quinn, Proffesor Pyg, Mad Hatter, Man-Bat, The Militia, Red Hood, Mr. Freeze, Ra's Al Ghul, Firefly, Deathstroke, Deacon Blackfire, and Black Mask. They're all out to get you in this game, thanks to Scarecrows threat. It's good fun to read (and play) Batman as he battles Gotham's greatest villains.
Excited to play the video game and read the full length book so decided to try the tie in comic. Takes place right after events in arkham city. Comic was starting to get good and then it ended. Now beginning chapter #2
